    my air central air stopped working after hours. I called the main line and got the phone number for…read morethe servicemen on-call. he stated he was on another call, and I would be after 9pm before he got to me. I told him it was too late for both of us and he asked me to call in the morning to get service. I called they stated someone would be there before 10am, that the servicemen were helping with a water heater. I explained that I had an appointment in Yankton as I'm disabled, I rely on other means of transportation (elderly bus), and the service man that called me said he was running late and wouldn't be there in time, to call in when I was on my way home. I did call when I was on my way home and the lady that answered said she would tell Mason the on-call service man, I got a call back from very rude person that told me " mason dose not handle the appointments and that you had your chance this morning you didn't leave your house unlocked and the soonest we can get to you now is tomorrow." As you can imagine this made me very mad and I yelled at him, told him my house was unlocked and I was following what the on-call tech asked me to do. he told me I wasn't a nice person, I said No not at the moment I'm tired. I haven't slept because of the heat in my house, and he hung up on me, then called me back and said they were going to refund my service contract fees and not service my equipment again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE! LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! AND SHOTTY SERVICE!!!!

    Not sure how this guy is still in business. One of my properties has a dish. The storms knocked his…read moreline down and made the road impassable. A good Samaritan taped it up out of the way in the meantime. I called Satellite Central and he first says is there service? I said I don't believe so but your line needs braced back up. Since there's no service, do whatever you want with it. I said so you want me to cut it? And he says I don't care. I told him if I cut it, the remainder will continue to hang in the street. He said he doesn't care, it's not his problem and if he has to fix it, he's sending a bill. I don't normally post things like this or go out of my way to share negative experiences but this guy was genuinely rude.

I run a business that houses senior living population…read more We had been billed twice with the same invoice number, and when we requested a corrected invoice, Satellite Central disconnected our services for an entire weekend because he "didn't like the way our accountant spoke to him". I have been requesting a technician for more than a few weeks to visit our community to help resolve our numerous continuous issues that our tenants have had with this tv provider. They keep wanting me to call so they can tell me what is wrong with my 30+ units tvs so that I can fix them myself. No tech service seems to be available. He states that I need to call him so he can tell me what is wrong and what I need to do myself at the location to repair the 30+ tv's channel listings. We only want a tech visit to ensure issues are resolved!
