They were poking and probing for 3 hours to help me out. I know they weren't down there fooling around because I was called down into the basement to see and learn about all the tests they were doing and the results of each. Everything was explained by Ted, the senior technician. He also showed me other boiler items to watch out for and even provided me with a 3rd-party cleaner that I might consider buying to keep the system running well.
