They do have a minimum $10 ride fee, if your destination is a short distance, but I think that's fair. Next day in the Dells: This time we had Judy! Awesome service once again and very friendly! The ride was great and she was there timely. But the expense is just crazy! No wonder people use Uber and Lyft! There were six of us from a gamer tournament that needed to go to the train. Uber and Lyft were crazy busy, so we called the cab service. It was $2 a person and $2 a mile. So $12 before we even started to drive! This fee is just not necessary. If there is one person or six, the minivan did the same job! Cabs are going to have to move with the times and become more competitive with their prices if they want to succeed! read more

We used them four times throughout the weekend, and all four drivers were great. The last one was a women who was absolutely hilarious! She was dancing and singing, and putting up with all our shenanigans. It was just past 2 AM if you must know. Good service and friendly drivers. You don't get that very often in Madison. read more

The woman who answered was extremely nice and helpful, patiently explaining to us the best exit to take to allow her to come in closer and keep our tired legs from walking any further than necessary. We rented a bus for my twin sons ninth birthday party. It was for around 10 very energetic and fun boys. Making the reservation was simple and easy. The staff was very accommodating to what we were needing and wanting for our birthday party extravaganza . The driver was there early and paid attention to every detail of how our night was to go. The bus was clean and neat. She was very personable, interactive and friendly. The cost was very cost effective for the service we received, the amount of time we had the bus and the distance we traveled. I have recommended this place to family and friends. I'm a little slow in getting this done but I just wanted to say how amazing the ladies at Wisconsin Dells Taxi are! I'm horrible with names but I just moved here on the 7th and I needed to take a taxi to look at an apartment a couple days later I called the other taxi cab service here in town and I got a voicemail okay no! I am not leaving a message I need a taxi I need it now I don't like talking to machines I like talking to people so I called Wisconsin Dells Taxi I think the other place the recording said we are either closed or something. and I thought okay this is only like 4:30 in the afternoon so this isn't going to work anyway but they may have been open I don't know but Wisconsin Dells Taxi was open and the driver was amazing! Actually both of the ladies that I rode with I wish I could remember their names they should have put them on their cards but they were both amazing we're talking about looking for the apartment and how much were paying at the hotel and couldn't move in until the first well the first lady told us about the top Hatter or the top hats hotel that's cheaper by the way we're moving there on Monday and stay there until we can get into our apartment on 1st so she told the other lady who picked us up and they really accommodated me and my boyfriend who was walking with a walker Walker since he had a stroke or whatever but the second driver took us by the hotel so we could talk to the owner and get everything set up to go there on Monday and then the first lady pick us up to take us to the train station to take Charlie so he could get on his first train trip was so helpful these ladies are just so amazingly helpful and I know it not just for a review it's just the way they are I had a favorite taxi cab service in Florida but they had nothing on these ladies I would recommend them to everybody their rates are more than reasonable and these women went way out of their way for us and they'd never met me before, took time out of their day and they're genuine! Had a 4.5 hour train delay in the Dells and was stuck without a car. Thankfully I found this taxi service! Drove me to the outlet mall and back promptly when I called them and were very knowledgeable and helpful about the amtrak schedule (or lack thereof). They gave me a price estimate and when the meter said it was actually $3 more, I was told I only had to pay what the estimate was. PLUS thy gave me the same deal on my return trip! Happy customer here! Will use them the next time I am stuck waiting for the train! :-) read more

If I could give 0 stars I would for the dispatcher bitch that I spoke to. I scheduled a pick up and was told would be picked up in 20 mins, 30 mins later decided to reach out to see if the taxi was still on its way and the dispatcher told me she already had a taxi arrive and LEAVE when I was in front of the door waiting for 30 mins already. I asked what time did the van "supposedly" arrive since she proceeded to tell me that all of "her" taxis have GPS and she started to YELL at me! I was blatantly in shock at how this dispatcher 0 to 100 went off because I questioned her. Straight HORRIBLE customer service skills... then to top it all off a taxi arrived of that same company and we asked the driver if we could go with another group that he was picking up and when the driver called the dispatcher she proceeded to COMPLAIN about me to the driver, I could literally hear her over the phone and the driver's face of embarrassment was enough to clarify. If it wasn't for the amazing customer service and friendliness of the driver I would have never got in the taxi but since I had rode with him before I felt better. But that stupid bitch (name saved on the driver's phone) should be fired for being so disrespectful not only to customers but to her fellow employees. You can tell she makes everyone in the company uncomfortable. read more
