They had no qualms about storing the cremains until we could return to the area a year later to have our own private scattering. Service was polite and professional. We too, will use the suggestion from them for the headstone monument. However, their assistance in this process is only to advise. The monument company that is chosen is responsible for the actual delivery and placement of that stone. This is not the first funeral I have been involved with. My husband is a minister in another city in WI and we have worked with many families over the years. I personally wanted to post this review now because while each client can express their viewpoint, I would never suggest that 1 star is merited. Emotions run rampant during seasons of grief and misplaced blame may not be fair to a reputable business such as this. My hope is that Mark B.'s family finds resolutions of this problem as I'm sure it has been upsetting. On behalf of our family, thank you Jacci and Dawn for your services!
