Then I spotted end tables and lamps which Kevin and another rep gladly moved by the sofa so I could see if I wanted them too. I ended up taking all the items. They were delivered within days. We also ordered a tall dresser to match the dresser in our bedroom and a large tv stand not long after. Now in 2023 I needed my love seat protection plan due to some mechanical problems. With Kevin's help he found my paperwork and photo copied it for me and it was ready when I walked in. Now that's great customer service.

The prices looked good, better than Appleton. After agreeing on a price, as the owner was writing up the bill, he questioned whether the tag was correct. He checked the file, found an error and took another $300 off our bill. Our recliner was delivered in 3 days and we couldn't be more satisfied. We will certainly shop there again.

I always try and work with local jewelers as they are often rooted in the community which gives support back to that community. With that being said, the biggest concern that I would warn people in the Wisconsin Rapids area is that Paul Gross, in specific Robin, has a very entitled opinion and frankly can be very standoffish. I brought a loose diamond in to have set - when asked if they could set this the first request was what type of setting do I want to have.... this is typical and expected. I chose a couple different settings and when I asked about price I was amazed at what I heard. Now, I know the lights have to get paid, but for a simple setting with less that 60 ct. pts, I would not expect platinum to come in at over 2800 USD. Taken back a bit, I explained I may use my own setting and have their gold smith set it for me. Needless to say, I left the store with a very unsure answer and frankly I felt like as soon as I just asked for the stone to be set no one else in the store wanted toe help me. I know 200 USD isn't the typical 5k plus they want for sales, but remember this is a small community and a sale is a sale. I called back about three days later and asked if they would be willing to set the stone. The owner gave me a blunt answer of "NO." I then asked where else in town I could get this set, after a lengthy explanation of why she didn't know I said thank you and good bye. In short this business is garbage: 1. No customer support 2. Not willing to give you the time of day if you won't drop a serious dollar 3. Rude 5. Over bearing 6. Lies I would never go to a jeweler I do not trust... and I DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS.

They service what they sell too. The only reason they didn't get 5 Stars is that they won't deliver on a Saturday and that makes it harder when you need the equipment delivered for your second home. They do not back up their warranties for anything . They try to send you on Wild Goose chases saying they'll work with you then and then that backing it up . When they came out for the remote not working they replaced it to not even test it for the issue to still be on going . After first-hand viewing hand viewing as well as video and audio being brought in they still take no responsibility of the lift/bracket issues . After 6-8 months of being jerked around and the manufacturer being upset that nothing was done through the manufacturer just had the entire metal framework replaced as well as the Box the controller hooks up to . The manufacturer saying Alpine should have taken care of all this . Tried being nice and working with these people forever just for them to continuously blow off responsibility . Highly do not recommend .
