Throughout the process, Ken listened to what we wanted, asked good questions and gave us suggestions to improve on our ideas. His work was always excellent: accurate, neat and tidy, always better than I expected. Ken's work was meticulous. He would not call a job done until it met his high standards. His rates were reasonable, he lived up to his quotes, and he gave us estimates for any work he felt was beyond the scope of his original quotes. He picked up the garage door we ordered for us from the home center, and was at our house first thing in the morning. My garage door opener broke and needed to be replaced a few hours before my scheduled plane flight on an extended multi-month trip. I contacted three garage door/opener companies in the area and told them of my predicament. Not surprisingly, all of them were fully booked for the day.
