They also offer classes called Bridges, and they are free classes for pregant women. There are five classes, and then a celebration class. In the classes there are other women, that are in the same shoes as you, they are pregnant, and this class becomes your own unique support group. Every class there is a different speaker on topics that you will experience during pregnancy: Pregnancy, Labor & Delivery, Newborn Care, Parenting, and Self Care. At the begining of each meeting there is a dinner, and then we would talk as a group about the topics, and if we had any questions or concerns, they would be answered. There are different reading that we did as "homework," but really it helped answered a lot of questions that I had and I feel better prepared now then before. I feel that these classes are instrumental and are very helpful, and I hope that you sign up for them, because they truly are great and I think would help you as well.

We did the 2D ultrasound that included 2 photos. They took their time, helping get baby into position for a possible view between the legs. We weren't rushed; we felt like our time was important and valuable. We got shown lots of features of our baby--feet, hands, the profile of the face, spine... we were in awe and so incredibly impressed! Dr. Dorsett spent our entire first appointment explaining what our fertility issues were and how we were going to address them. I appreciate that we worked out a plan as a team. It was reassuring to be able to truly discuss our concerns with her. Her staff is excellent. They are possibly the friendlies staff I have ever worked with. They went above and beyond to help my husband and I with whatever we needed. At one point, one of the nurses called me after hours, just to return a phone call I'd made earlier that day. I was very impressed with the dedication and compassion she showed. During our fertility journey, which once we met Dr. Dorsett was relatively short, we were loved and supported at every step. During each appointment, Dr. Dorsett or one of her nurses, would take their time answering all our questions and explaining what was happening. They also took the time to reassure us and help ease our fears. They were like our fertility family. The road the rollercoaster of emotions with us. Probably the only negative was the wait time for appointments. We generally waited 45+ minutes for our appointments. It was a long time; however, it was understandable. Each of her patients deserves the time and dedication we received. Sometimes the person in front of you is getting devastating news. I appreciate that Dr. Dorsett and her staff never rushed these patients. I think that speak volumes about the levels of care they provide. Everyone receives the best care. The monthly plan is expensive for what you actually receive, and their billing practices have been unacceptable in my case. Last month alone, they charged my debit card five separate times to collect their fees all at once. After paying well over $250, I had only been seen twice. To make matters worse, when I went in for my appointment today, the receptionist immediately told me I still owed a balance. There was no effort to understand what had happened with the multiple charges or to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with a smug, dismissive attitude that made it clear customer service wasn't a priority. At that point, I told them to cancel every plan associated with my account. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars, I expect transparent billing, respectful treatment, and employees who are interested in helping customers rather than making them feel like they're the problem. There are too many chiropractors who value their patients to continue doing business with a company that operates this way. I won't be returning, and I encourage anyone considering a membership to read the fine print and understand exactly what they're signing up for before handing over their debit card.
