Anyway, I went to her for an annual and I've been to both of her offices. Both are clean, bright, with lots of parking. Dr. Senthilkumar is an awesome doctor, she is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Her bedside manner is great and not once did I feel uncomfortable (and believe me, gyne physicals can be) but she was great on both times I went. Also, easy to reach and her staff are all great. Personally, I didn't wait long for any of the visits I've had with appointments and that alone is something to praise. She is definitely my doctor now. So glad she is in-network with my insurance.

She also watches out for issues beyond gynecology, and will send you for tests or to see other specialists if she suspects other problems. While she doesn't normally take insurance, she will work something out with your company if there is an expensive procedure.

This being said, her receptionists are AWFUL. I have been yelled and scolded by them multiple times. They just spent 10 minutes scolding me on the phone for texting her when all they needed to do was nicely say "Please know that we will get back to you when you leave a message!". I asked them to please not speak to me this way, and both the first girl and "her boss" were incredibly rude and defensive. As someone who works in hospitality and sees many doctors, this treatment is completely unacceptable and drives me to want to find a new doctor, in which I am not afraid to call their office. Listen - if you don't want me texting the dr, then please be nice on the phone. The hostility is really inappropriate. I'm not a huge fan of "the customer is always right", but it frankly made me want to record the conversation to play back for them. I completely understand if you can't hear your own tone, but it's truly absurd to be so defensive.

Both amazing women, gave me my vbac birth that I wanted. Kirsten is very intuitive, and genuinely cares about her clients well being. She provides care in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine women's health, prenatal and post natal care. Most importantly, especially for women who are breastfeeding and pumping, Kirsten also provides care for mastitis and clogged ducts!! I went to Kirsten for 2 sessions and my mastitis cleared. I definitely made the right choice for myself in choosing her! From beginning to end, she made the process easy and simple. She coordinated picking up my placenta from my doula after delivery and brought the capsules back to me quickly, dropping the products off at my house two days later, the same day I returned home from the hospital. She was available for consultation before and after the process to answer any questions or concerns I had. The most amazing part of the process has been her support and her artistry. Wendy's sharing of her experience with my placenta provided me healing and therapy that I did not know I would need after giving birth. She gave me the beautiful artwork she handcrafted from the placenta, along with a keepsake heart from the umbilical cord. She even made a video of her examining my placenta prior to processing it, and I am so appreciative of her evident expertise, care, and thoughtfulness. After a labor and delivery experience that did not go as planned, Wendy's talents and hard work gave me some closure, and I felt peaceful from someone honoring and attending to me in a way I had not felt at the hospital. Wendy has followed up with me multiple times since she gave me all of the finished products to check on my progress and healing.
