We were delayed getting started because they canceled my husband's sperm analysis twice. They also just raised their prices which I think is pretty disturbing since it was already expensive enough. Thanks to Dr Safier talking to finance I was able to get 30% off one of my cycles but they were rude about it and just said "we won't be doing this again." 5 stars for the medical team but one star off for finance

First let me start with Dr. Trivax who is absolutely AMAZING! Unlike my previous doctor, as soon as outcomes were not as expected he left no stone unturned and did additional testing to identify an underlying issue that was the KEY to exactally why I have struggled so long with secondary infertility. I can't say enough great things about him. However the FINANCE DEPARTMENT is BEYOND HORRIBLE!! It's such a SHAME such great doctor staff are supported by such a poor performing finance department. I don't know how anyone there still has a job. My initial retrevial I almost missed starting my meds because it took almost week to get in contact with someone and get the issues resolved. It's close to impossible to get someone on the phone unless you raise all h*ll and call the office non stop leaving messages with every other department. Kudos to the nursing staff whose other main job is trying to get finance to call back patients. Additionally, after I did all my due diligence they are trying to tell me I have significant fees due AFTER I had the procedure done. Which they are now willing to "see what they can do and discuss with doctor" because ya, they dropped the ball informing me of these fees prior to procedure (mind you they even have a call with you prior to go over all fees you will be responsible for). And again, after I did my due diligence to ensure what my expected out of pocket would be for back to back retrievals they call me MID CYCLE to inform me oops that I owe fees and want to make me aware before I start my cycle.. but they are notifying me day 4 which is no where near before the start of a cycle. If you are between facilities, I strongly urge you to do your homework and due diligence as you will have nothing but headaches with the finance department which unfortunately is part of your journey. His office is sometimes a very long wait time but it's because he spends time with each patient. Ive seen women yell and complain in the office and honestly you don't know if there is a woman inside a room dealing with a complicated pregnancy, a miscarriage, or another health issue. People need to get a grip. The wait is worth it. Bring a book for goodness sake! That being said Dr. P is very sweet, dedicated, and helpful. He knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable during my pregnancy. And he was great during delivery. Highly recommend his office!

I had a missed AB on my second pregnancy and he was very kind helping me through that. My third pregnancy went smooth and he delivered my second daughter. I cant imagine my life without my girls. I developed uterine cancer after menopause and the NP was able to see me immediately when I called with symptoms. They referred me to a great gyn oncologist to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. I have always found the office to be efficient at giving me appointments and sending reminders. On my 4th call, the secretary said "what's the number where I can call you back" and I said to her, in a very nice and calm tone: "I just want to let you know, this is the fourth time I've called this office, and no one has yet given me a call back." There was a long silence, and then she said "what's the number where I can call you back?" I said, "but I just need to know that you will actually call me back." She said "what's the number where I can call you back." Like a pissed off robot--no apologies, no concern for the fact I had been chasing this office down for coming on three weeks. So I gave her the number and said please call me back. And...she didn't. I believe this was Dana. Three days later I call the office again. Now I'm upset. I explained what had happened so far. I said I wanted to speak to the office manager, sandy, who wasn't in. The secretary I was speaking to asked if she could help--this was Christina. She was really nice and apologetic and gave me an appointment the same day (she did call back.) So our appointment is supposed to be today. Our baby was sick. Yesterday I get a voicemail saying Dr. Martocci has Covid, and is cancelling all patients today and rescheduling for next week. Alright, nothing you can do about that. But then I get a call this morning, again from Dana, asking me if I can come in this morning. I said "I thought the doctor had Covid, isn't that why our appointment was cancelled?" Long silence. I'm put on hold. She comes back and says "the doctor is feeling better. He's leaving early today. He's still seeing patients in the morning." I said "how can he be seeing patients if he has Covid?" She said, "if you're more comfortable, you can reschedule for next week." Umm, what? I said "I don't understand, is the doctor contagious?" She said "no." Long pause. I said I would call back. Five minutes later, after talking to my partner, I'm immediately put on hold and no one comes back. I call again, it says the office is closed. I call a third time, it says the office is closed. Now I'm wondering if they're purposely not answering MY calls. My partner calls from his cell phone, Dana picks up in one ring. I am honestly so infuriated and upset I am in tears. Hoping to finally speak to the manager to explain what my experience has been. I just hope someone cares because this is not okay. This might be the best pediatrician in the world, but who can deal with being treated this way? Now it's been over a month of this, and my daughter still hasn't been seen for her four month visit. Also, anyone who knows me knows I am a really calm and polite person, very gentle and patient. I can't understand why I'm being treated this way, or if this is standard for parents at this office.

Dr. Gregory Martocci has been my son's pediatrician since he was 3 years old. I was taking him to a…read moremore prestigious pediatric group but I finally got fed up with the practice telling me how to take of my son. Dr. Martocci always gives his advice but allows parents to decide how to take care of their children. For example he tells me what shots are due but allows me to decide what shots will be given or I can decide not to get shots at all. My son would always get a high fever whenever he received a shot. I told Dr. Martocci my concern about a booster for the MMR. He suggested to have a titers test done to check and see if my son had enough of the MMR antibodies. My son indeed had enough antibodies and so he never needs to have another MMR shot again! Dr. Martocci supports our family and appreciates that we try to eat organic as much as possible. He never forces his opinion on us. He provides treatment options and allows us to decide how to treat our children. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with children.
