I called so many times and I'd either never get a call back or no update. It took emails, calls and 2 months before he finally reviewed my MRI. I expressed my disappointment many times so I'm sure he knew and yet offered no apology when we spoke. Imagine no one calling you back to the point where you have to leave a comment on his instagram page and he calls right away. I also suffer from ptsd from past trauma. Due to that I begged to be put to sleep for a procedure and they refused. They are an office that performs procedures with anesthesia so it seemed like they didn't really care that it would retraumatize me. Seems like he needs to spend less time on social media and more time educating his office staff on how to provide care for those like myself with infertility. The last call I had with someone she kept saying, "I'm being professional " and "I don't want to argue," while I'm explaining that anti anxiety meds don't really seem to help me and I'd need to be to sleep. I got off the phone and cried hysterically. There's no compassion for patients with ptsd and anxiety.

I had a missed AB on my second pregnancy and he was very kind helping me through that. My third pregnancy went smooth and he delivered my second daughter. I cant imagine my life without my girls. I developed uterine cancer after menopause and the NP was able to see me immediately when I called with symptoms. They referred me to a great gyn oncologist to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. I have always found the office to be efficient at giving me appointments and sending reminders. I saw Susan a few times and she was brilliant- very knowledgable and in tune with women's issues. At the suggestion of the front desk staff, I saw Dr. Livoti after my regular birth control consult with Susan, and he pinpointed a problem I'd been suffering with for years. In ten minutes, he managed to accurately find and begin to treat my PCOS (and area in which he specializes) and it was really, really great to get some information as I did not realize it was easily manageable. Waits are short and the office is not hectic. Definitely glad I found Dr. Livoti, and would strongly recommend him as a great gyno in the area.

Park in the back of the building, and then they are the first door on the left when you go in. Let me start off by saying that I saw four other OBGYNs that were so-so before I found these doctors. I absolutely love them. I am extremely picky about my doctors. Dr. Dilena is with Dr. Robert Nadell and Dr. Salvatore Lopresti. Their practice is called 'Complete Womens Health Care.' They are a very popular OBGYN practice. I originally saw Dr. Nadell for a few years. Loved him. I was very happy with him. Very straight-forward doctor. On the laid back side. He has a good sense of humor. Very smart. He was highly recommended by my other doctors. Then around February 2011, he got sick. I do not know any details, but he was on a medical leave for a few months. I then started to see Dr. Dilena. LOVE HIM. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is really caring and patient. I did not have an easy pregnancy. I was in their office almost every single week. He always did a sonogram for peace of mind. He was very careful with me and checked me very thoroughly. I had to go to the hospital about five time before I actually had the baby. He didn't want to take any chances and sent me there to be evaluated further. Dr. Dilena was great the times I called him in the middle of the night. I felt so embarrassed and nervous calling him, but he really didn't seem to mind. He is very sweet. Dr. Nadell did come back in the summer of 2011. He seems to be doing well. My cousin and another friend of mine are exclusively seeing him now. I stuck with Dr. Dilena since he saw me throughout my entire pregnancy. But they are both awesome! I always got fit in if I needed an appointment. I like their office staff. A few years back, I used to wait a long time in their waiting room. Something must have changed because I never wait anymore. Dr. Dilena delivered my baby in Winthrop. My son was a very large, long baby, and most doctors would have just went the easy route with a c-section. But Dr. Dilena stayed with me and helped me to deliver my baby naturally. I liked that a lot about him. I heard great things about Dr. Lopresti, but never dealt with him. I seriously know of 12 women I know who go to this practice. All of their babies were delivered by them. I have had conversations with random people and they talk about how much they love their OBGYN, and then I brag about mine. Then we ask each other who the OBGYN is, and it turns out to be Dr. Nadell or Dr. Dilena! It is hilarious. They deliver at Winthrop- which I was very happy with! I am pretty certain their hours are 8am- 8pm. They are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

He knows I'm an Antepartum/Postpartum nurse and he still takes the time to explain things to me and he also takes the time to explain things to my husband who is not in the medical field in a way he could understand. When I thought I had a problem with the pregnancy, he fit me in even though they were busy. When my daughter was in the NICU, he came to check on her. That doesn't happen with the OBs at my hospital unless they are going to do a circumcision in the NICU. I was surprised and touched he would do that. When I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter, I would bring my 4/5 year old with me and they would have these cute conversations. Now my daughter always ask me if I'm going to see Dr. Matthew. Dr. Dilena is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I always recommend him to others.

She is the most smart, caring, knowledgeable, humorous, observant and passionate doctor I have ever met. She takes the time to ask you about any issues you are experiencing and will treat you with every option and advice she has and will stick with you until the finish line. Her OBGYN experience is remarkable. I was lucky enough to have her deliver my daughter 20 years ago. I still see her for my GYN needs as well as her new journey as a functional medicine practitioner who has helped me figure out issues with pain, inflammation in body and gastro issues and has put me on track to better health. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Sadaty. Any negative reviews seem shocking to me. It's as if they are talking about another doctor.

Haven't had any kids, so I can't comment on that part of what he does, but his 6 month exams are as delightful as any can be when you're pants-less in a sterile chair trying not to throw your cookie out there on display.
