The serviceman (Ethan) was very professional, explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. I thought I would probably have to wait another day for them to come out since the temperatures were so high and they had calls from a lot of people, but a guy came shortly after lunch the same day I called. He fixed it within 30 minutes. That's the 3rd time I have used them. Once a few years ago for my A/C. Same GREAT service then also, and once for my refrigerature. All three times they were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. As long as they are in business I will never use anyone else. I have a story about an untruth someone told me from another A/C repair place but I'll leave that alone for now.

It appeared the problem was a part that had to be ordered and would take a week to get here. After ordering the part the supervisor brought back a probable unit for us to use. The part came a week later and after 2 days of pains taking work, replacing an expensive part, the techs realized the problem was issue they had previously worked on. After correcting the issue, they apologized and thanked us for our business. They told us because they had not corrected the issue the first time there would be no charge.
