When Brandon, the technician showed up, we were struck by his personality, his professionalism, and his knowledge. After a brief explanation of the problem, he set out an inspection plan, and met with us to thoroughly explain the process, and provided a detailed proposal for the work. We were both struck by how pleasant the experience was, and the confidence inspired by the entire process.
