I reset my password as the 1st customer service rep requested, and got an E-mail saying I had successfully updated my password, but when I tried to login, it still will not let me connect. The EMAIL confirmation said to contact customer service if there was a problem Customer service rep was unable to correct the login problem, and would not connect me to a technician to resolve the problem. 30 minutes on the phone that included 2 periods of being on hold 5 minutes each but no resolution.
