We were not expecting that. Our tour was scheduled for Friday, but extreme temperatures forced the company to cancel. We thought we would not get a refund since we bought the tickets from Groupon, but the tour company told us how we would be able to do it. Our tour guide, Ron, made the experience very interactive, the whole group (even our tween girl, who has the attention span of any kid her age that grew up with a phone attached to their hand at all times) was very engaged with his stories, they were scary but somehow he made us laugh while listening to him. During our tour we got caught in a bad thunderstorm, Ron checked to see if we were willing to continue (we lost a third of the group) and for those of us who staid, he found shelter and told us about his personal experience while he was getting drench by the rain. We really like how easy we were able to book our tour, Ron was waiting for us at the meeting place and we embarked on our ghostly adventure without a hitch.
