She follows through immediately. My microwave gave out on Thanksgiving Day. She had secured a handyman "Bobby". He was on time, efficient, cleaned up a mess. When he removed the microwave, a birds nest came through the vent. He made sure the cover to the vent was on( it had slipped off). He secured it! This is one of the examples of her choice of vendors. I am so impressed with her. I moved from CA to WA in 2019: I contacted Nancy Ohomes Property Management Nov of 2018 She found me and my grandson the perfect house to rent. I totally relied on her, I rented the house from her" sight unseen ", she exceeded my expectations. The location and the house are perfect. I needed to be able to walk to shopping and to church, in a safe neighborhood. I'm close to Target, Kohls, and Laurelwood Baptist Church. Everything I prayed for. Thank you Nancy and your Staff for outstanding service.

Update: After I wrote my review I was sent a letter from Nancy 0's LAWYER "commanding" me to remove…read moremy review, threatening to sue me if I didn't. The lawyer claims my review was spurious, so, rather than being bullied by a big corporation with lots of money, who's clearly trying to use their influence and power to scare me into living in inhumane conditions I am updating this review with more evidence. I have been living in a house without a working kitchen sink for over 3 months. Attached is an email from Nancy O herself where she literally says "Stop playing the Blame game and take responsibility for your actions you continue to cause. According to the last two sink issues, Pay attention to what is falling or being put into the sink and your washing down the drain." So apparently the 1st time the sink stopped working it was because the food disposal (which is over ten years old, past warranty, and according to our contract I am NOT responsible for appliances that have outlived there warranty) stopped working. She says her plumber (who failed to fix the problem) found a bread twist (A BREAD TWIST!) and THAT is what made the sink break 3 times in a row! So im supposed to "take responsibility" for delapidated appliances? Also attached to back my statement that things started falling apart as soon as I moved in is a screenshot of long list of work requests I had to start putting in as soon as I moved. She actually once told me "Tomorrow the owner of the last plumbing co is coming to the 9 am appointment .Your in luck, they made a spot this week or you could be doing the dishes even longer in the bathroom sink. .I highly suggest you be there." (also attached) is this how you talk to a tenant? Is this professional? Did I mention she sent me a COMPLETELY BASELESS eviction notice (also attached) as well when I asked her to fix the fence? It took her over two months. My rent was paid up but i was given a "3 day notice to vacate" due to "waste, nuissance, and unlawful use of premises". Ummmm i don't have any waste at my house I barely even have furniture. I live like a hermit and don't even have a sofa and I've been here for over a year and make about 75k annually. As far as being a nuissance I've never had a bad interaction with any of my neighbors or had a complaint filed against me by any one in the neighborhood. And illegal use of the premises? Just racist and baseless. So baseless I completely ignored the "3 day notice" and she didn't even have the gumption to TRY to bring this before a judge. Just scare tactics and bullying methods of a management company that preys on minorities and working class renters. Literally, these people will harass you endlessly if you ask them to make repairs of any sort. I would only rent from the people if you are minority looking to hit it big with a racial discrimination lawsuit. These people are so sloppy they leave themselves wide open for litigation. FInally attached is the complaint notice where she is trying to bully a single father with her lawyers about a yelp review. Nancy I know you're reading this and you should know I will not be bullied by you.

Never have I ever in 20 years of renting been SO relieved to be away from a PMC. The incompetence…read moreshown by their team and the severe lack of empathy shown by the owner Tara Constanzo is vile. I will be suing for the remainder of my deposit. 1. The Leasing Agent Nichole being unresponsive multiple times when asking about the lease after the execution deposit had been paid 2. Nichole saying 'oops' this place was advertised as being in Portland but when she went to do the lease it's actually in Gresham which changes everything about the lease (and also renters protections, water used in the home which affects costs significantly e.g. things like needing filters for drinking water and showering as the water in gresham is unpalatable and reeks of chlorine, etc.) 3. Sending over a lease that stated I had NOT yet paid first month's rent and still owed it, thank god I had receipts and video of me dropping off the cashiers check 4. Their office being in Tigard and inaccessible during my allotted 48hr window to drop off my deposit, I had to wait for someone to leave to get in and no one was in the office, so I video-ed me putting it under the door 5. The leasing agent showing up for the viewing in pajamas and with her dog who tracked mud through the home 6. Trash being left in the home, garage, and the can full which I ended up having to pay for because again she messed up and listed the home in Portland but it's actually in Gresham which means tenant is responsible for the garbage bills 7. Asked about the additional mud upon move in and they said they don't clean in between showings, so, oh well 8. Got locked out my first day because they gave me the WRONG keys to the garage and yep that's my responsibility to pay for too to have a locksmith to let me in (they later replaced the lock but that was another hassle of an appointment to have a guy come out to do it) 9. I was told no less than three times by the leasing agent the home had AC cooling and on the first weekend in June 2025 with 90+ degree heat I discovered in fact it did not, I called on repeat, begged and pleaded for Nichole to tell the truth that I had commiserated with her about how excited I was to have a home with AC, excited to get some money back for the two standalone AC units I wouldn't have to lug with me, and confirmed with her in the lease the 'AC Cooling Unit' portion of the lease under appliances wasn't checked because it was a whole-house HVAC and not a separate unit like a window or standalone and she said yes...shocker, Tara didn't give AF and there was no help given to me (a disabled person with severe heat intolerance who had to get to a cooling station and had no reprieve for my ESAs), because 'I didn't get it in writing'...I sent them the Zillow listing and her response was 'well that was automated by our system and dashes mean 'no cooling' (False, if it's on their it means there IS cooling the system the specific type was not provided on the listing)...regardless no help, completely uncaring 10. A mass variety of maintenance issues in the home. Electrical blowouts using the microwave. Fireplace went out multiple times. Pilot light going out. HVAC thermostat not working. Overhead light in stairway went out and the handyman 'didnt have a ladder tall enough' to fix it. The garage door not having a working internal button and even going thru the provided 'reset' instructions it still didn't work. A variety of gross cleaning issues upon move in like hair around the tub, mold in the caulk, sink stopper not working, electrical outlets in the bathrooms not working, kitchen sink leaking/not working 11. They scheduled an inspection for 6 mnths into my stay, after I was told they would be yearly. And again, I've been renting for TWENTY YEARS in cities like Boston, LA, Sacramento, Humboldt, southern oregon, Portland, and now Vancouver, never, never ever ever dealt with an 'inspection' at 6 months in. Spoiler: they raised the rent significantly for my 'renewal offer' ...I declined and moved out and now live in a gorgeous home with a wonderful PMC in Vancouver. The difference is literally night and day with how dark my experience was with them as opposed to this new company. 12. Nightmare neighbors that they had 0 interest in helping with or provided any resources for including a neighbor PUTTING A BULLET HOLE in the downstairs window. I had video of the shooter after I heard the gunshot I ducked and ran upstairs and took video of him the backyard shooting at various things. Police report filed. Other neighbors using my driveway as their own from the very beginning at the showing so Nichole witnessed it herself, I had to call non-emergency to cite them and about towing because it continued for the duration of my tenancy. I'm sure I'm missing things. This last year was a NIGHTMARE. I even look healthier and feel 100x better having gotten away from them, that dilapidated constant-issue 'home' and those people. I will see you in court.
