For this particular visit, however we had tree shrubs that we needed to get rid of. We pulled up and the gentleman at the front directed us to drop off our tree shrubs in a particular area and then we drove off. It was quick and easy. Regardless, I can't justify less than 4 stars on this landfill they do everything they promised - they took my junk and put far away from me in a whole in the ground (or a mountain to be more precise). We had a couple truckloads of old sod and dirt and...we...dumped it. The folks were nice, the last time we were there a guy in a WM truck actually drove up to us and asked us if we needed any water or anything. That's pretty good service. My dad was an executive of one of Waste Managements divisions for many years and he always spoke highly of them and, in particular, of their commitment to safety. This landfill really stresses safety from the moment you enter until the time you leave and I appreciate that.

After my last post I got a call from the leaders of waste management, they sounded a lot like Hegseth. I was basically told to stop crying and suck it up... if I wanted them to pick it up I need to transfer the 2,000 lbs to the new bag. So, I served my country 21 years, 100% disabled from my service... and they won't pick up the trash until I buy a 35.00 bag that has WM on it.... All this crap for 35.00... oh and the 200.00 to pick it up. Sounds very current government of them.

You pull in and follow the sign that points to the scale for cans only to be told no, cans are across the street. I go across the street and deal with the gruff employee who can only grunt two words at a time. He weighs my cans and hands me a sheet of paper. I try the two entrance doors to the North of where I am, both are locked. I have to ask some random customer there to sell a junk car what to do with the paper. He tells me I need to take it back across the street in order to get my cash. For God's sake All Recycling, how about a sign or two explaining your asinine process? Or better yet, how about you train your employees a bit better?
