Could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. Michelle went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. After multiple planning sessions we walked into the venue the morning of the wedding and everything was absolutely breathtaking. The team was able to capture our vision, and then somehow made it better that we could have imagined. The lack of stress the day of was all because of how wonderful Michele and her team are. I was able to show up on our wedding day and just fully immerse myself in the moment with my friends and family. Michele is professional and experienced in this industry. She has a plan for EVERYTHING and I mean everything! Multiple family members guests after the wedding said it had been "the best wedding they've ever been to". The food from three C's was cooked to perfection, which also received an overwhelming amount of compliments. We had our daughters wedding yesterday and everything was terrific. Michelle and her staff performed outstandingly. I highly recommend them for a wedding/ event location. Went to a wedding here last weekend. We all joked about the "barn wedding" idea and I gotta say, this was LOVELY and very classy. Not at all what I pictured, though I am not sure what that even was. Note that this place is in the BOONIES. I thought my GPS had been hacked by an axe murderer and was taking me into the woods!! The area is a working farm - black steer, horses and blueberry bushes surround the property. During the day, the barn was rustic, and had classy nuances that made it very upscale. At night, the small twinkling lights, and tie back shears made it very romantic. The bathrooms (I admit to expecting outhouses) were separate buildings with full indoor plumbing, hairspray and deodorant in the ladies room. (It was a HUMID and hot day, so this was a nice touch). The staff was so friendly and floated around so that you barely knew they were there. When I interacted with any of them, they were gracious hosts that felt like they were invested in the place and cared. A cool decorating thing: they took a bunch of hay bales and stacked them, then covered them with a pretty white coverlet - instant cozy couch. Food was the bride's choice - very country and fried (not my cup of tea) but they did mashed potatoes in martini glasses with various toppings to add to them. Very cool way to do it. If you're into this setting - it's a great choice. Bride and groom were delighted. It was a lovely time. read more

The venue is gorgeous! Very beautiful scenery. But I will say Michelle is BITCH! I recommend if you can have anyone else preform your wedding other than Michelle do it. She speaks to everyone with a condescending tone. Almost as if "this is my wedding not yours" She doesn't have any manners towards the people who she is suppose to be serving. This the best space to hold your events if you are near Plant City! The company I worked for held their end of the year party here and it was amazing. With beautiful lights and an indoor outdoor feel, this location was immaculate! Wishing Well Barn is a family run/owned business and I could tell that they are very kind and care about the experience you have when you are there! My wedding was yesterday at this venue and I was truly disappointed, the entire planning process everything seemed great and the day of everything went downhill immediately. The owner michelle who was our coordinator was no where to be found for the majority of the morning, and consistently contradicted every that I asked as well as starting an argument with my mother an I regarding a situation that she was not involved in. Later in the evening we were also informed that she was gossiping to other guest and calling my mother and I names. The lack of professionalism is insane and caused many issues throughout the day including most of the reception. Definitely not worth the well over $20,000 spent. read more

Super cute venue ! Super clean, super well organized & the properly is very well taken care of. Got a chance to meet the owners who were amazing & were super involved in the organization & management of the event. Love that they had little bonfires with a s'mores station during the reception, as it was a little chilly this weekend. I was the maid of honor at my best friends wedding and I can whole heartedly say that it was a horrible experience because of one person in particular. Michelle is unprofessional, and chaotic to say the least. In the 13 months leading up to this wedding Michelle's attitude towards everyone was completely different. Michelle had been found not only gossiping and trash talking the bride and grooms family by multiple people, but also disappearing for most of the day. Personally I am so upset for my friends who had been dreaming of this day for so long. Do NOT come to the venue if you expect to be treated with respect, and definitely do not choose this venue if you want your wedding to go according to plan. Multiple times we were disappointed due to the staff either changing plans or forgetting what was planned. At the rehearsal Michelle stated "if there are any problems on the wedding day come to me instead of the bride and groom so we do not stress them out on their special day" and proceeded to bust into the brides and bridesmaid cabins while we were getting ready just so she can gossip and stress out the bride, while also arguing with the mother of the bride and calling her a liar to her face! While there is SO much more to tell, I will end this with a simple warning to take your business somewhere else. read more

A beautiful venue for a country wedding. Loved everything about Wishing Well Barn. The bride cottage was a great place for the girls to get ready. I love all the old antiques and old farm equipment and I loved the elegant details throughout the property. The staff were very sweet and easy to work with. Went to this place for two different weddings and was very disappointed both times. They must not no how to serve beer. Both times they couldn't get it right. They had so much head on the beer they had to dispense into pitchers to allow the head to go away. Which means we were served hot beer again! I was told by an older lady and I quote: I guess we can't make everyone happy. Not really the response I was looking for. Beware this place has become very expensive in a short period of time based on popularity of the setting. The value at this time is just not there. read more

We wanted a barn wedding and Wishing Well Barn exceeded our expectations! Michelle takes the time to meet and discuss your colors and what your style/vision; everything turned out WAY better than expected! It's was beautiful! We got so many compliments that evening from all our guest. Michelle was there setting up all day with her staff, available for any questions/concerns. She is there during the event, making sure everything runs smoothly! They even have a photographer, so you can hire yours, but don't need yours to bring a 2nd one and save yourself some money. She has a ton of decorations and colors, so you are saving in that aspect too. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a country/rustic/chic setting. We were married 5/21/2015 and I couldn't have asked for a better location. read more

The setting is nice but the staff is rude. Women (employees) were overheard talking about guests and making rude facial expressions. When I mentioned this to the owner Michelle her response was "hope you were kind talking with them" The owner is unprofessional and rude herself. I would not recommend this to anyone. The day of the wedding the houses where the bride gets ready with her bridal party and the grooms cabin were opened without warning and Michelle brought other potential clients into see the place. This happened twice. Once one of the girls in the bridal party was breast feeding the other time the mother of the groom was half dressed. Tours should not have been going on when you pay for the venue for the day. The day of the wedding it rained most of the day and the yard was soaking wet. They should have stone walkways set up for guests but they do not. The ceremony was suppose to be set up in the field but it was too wet. We asked for it to be set up in the barn area and received nothing but resistance from the owner who insisted it would be fine. We practically had to beg for it to be moved so guest did not have to walk through mud and wet fields. Do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Myself and my wife used this venue for our wedding on 4/19/15 and couldn't be any more happier with our service. Two weeks later and we keep getting great remarks from our guest. Working with Michelle her husband and her staff was a complete blessing. My daughter was married here this weekend and it was more beautiful than I even imagined it could be. The venue is spectacular and the family that runs it...even better!
