If you are more sat set having a mindful experience, there is slower flow yoga classes that are geared more toward stretching. As someone who considers traditional yoga a little bit too slow for my liking someone who cant sit still, I would really recommend the ritual classes. These classes are a mix of HIIT like movements with yoga stretching. Imagine yoga mixed with 80s aerobic classes. Would come back for sure. That combined with a really reasonable $135/month membership and multiple locations makes this a must go to if you want a new fitness space to call home

Hot yoga classes I've taken elsewhere in the past were usually too slow for my liking (I guess to compensate for the heat). Pure is hot but not too too hot and the classes had some oomph. Each month the payment comes off your credit card. The studio is clean, modern and they keep the bathrooms exceptionally clean. The showers work great and there's room to hang your stuff and lockers for your valuables. The instructors are PHENOMENAL!!!!! Every time I leave a class I think ok now this is my favourite instructor. But it's impossible to choose because they all have their own amazing style. I love that they're all hardocre, they make the classes fun but trust me you're working your butt off! The fact that they make it fun and challenging is what makes the time fly and you just want to improve so you don't feel bored. They cater to all levels of yogis. They also have amazing yoga wear and if you forget your mat you can rent one as well as rent a towel if need be (trust me you probably will).

Gym: - this gym is truely 24/7 - Half the gym is in kilos and half in lbs with competition equipment and calibrated plates - total of 8 squat racks, 8 deadlift platforms, 4 benches (with safety) - Olympic lifting platform - rowing equipments, cable machine, lat pull down, etc. - dumbbells at this gym go up to 180lbs - Cardio: assault bike - has showers and lockers - free parking People at the gym: - awesome and supportive. You really get to know each other and don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for a spot. - many are top level athletes but there are also beginners !
