This is excellent Laundromat, its customer service is outstanding. The staff is spot on in helping its customers. I had opportunity to witness this great service when I came to wash my clothes normally here when two their machines decided to stop working in the middle the cycle and to change machines I send off for refund after notifying the staff, he assure I would be refunded but it would take 10 working days. Okay it. I was refunded in that time in cash. The machines was immediately fixed too. The place is always cleaned from machines to the floors. I would rather come here because for me it's convenient. The prices are not bad compared to other laundromats in Redlands but all the machine hogs come to this one I can put my hamper in front of a machine but people still come up and throw their clothes in like I wasn't there. All of the dryers will be being used but only with a few items in them ‍ I need a dryer too!! And apparently, people come and leave their stuff holding up machines and come back eventually to get them later that night over all it's a good laundromat but only when no one else is here read more

Very clean with plenty of washers and dryers even when it's busy. Also reasonably priced.

We did our laundry here because we were in Redlands for an errand and wanted to save some time. It was okay as far as laundromats go. Nothing exceptional. The machines are older including the coin exchange. A bunch of the dryers were broken. And there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor (hazard!) I was in this place earlier this morning to wash a comforter. Was $4.75 and it didn't even spin it.. I had to go to another laundromat to wash it again for it to spin. As coin laundries go, this is one of the cleanest one I've been to in the area. Appreciated that there were tables to work on. There is also a friendly worker that keeps the place clean. Price if wash varies but averages $3. Driers are $0.25 for 10 minutes. The most minutes in the area. Nice tables to fold clothes and plenty of basket carts. Definitely coming back. Only thing that would make it better is AC, but I guess that keeps the prices low. read more

Filthy, filthy, filthy, machines are older but they work the dirtiness is my only complaint. I don't think they EVERRRR mopped that floor. They also have a coin machine that works, big washers and good working dryers. read more

The change machines do not take modern 20 dollar bills, I had to go next door at Caroline's caffee to break my 20. You park up front, so you have to either drag your hampers across the street or double parnk in front. The single load machines are old. The place could use a mopping. I'm here weekly and I love the staff here, when they're there, but within the past month I've been noticing that there has been different families going in and checking other people's loads. This past weekend, someone stole my jeans and my girlfriend's work clothes. Very frustrated. read more

I normally take my laundry here, but I can't do my laundry if the laundromat is locked up. The hours are supposed to be 6:00 am to 9:00 pm but as of 7:15 this morning (3/13/23) it was still locked up so I and everyone else that were waiting went to Redlands Laundromat that posts an open time of 7:00 am and was actually open. We paid way more to do our laundry, but we DID our laundry. read more

Been going there for many years. I recommend it to my renters. I mention that it has a bathroom too but a lot of the time it's closed due to damage. I'm sick and tired of the homeless moochers in there as they are there every day. They are filthy and mooching from all the customers. I have apartments in South Redlands and the renters say the same thing. read more

Never had an issue with this place but a dryer Machine malfunctioned and took my change. No big deal it was only about 1.50 but when I brought it up to the attendant she said that's not true and gave me a 75 cent refund. Honestly Just see that as shady and rude but it is what it is. read more

Friendly owner. Plenty of parking in the plaza where it is located. Machine are all in working condition. Had no problems washing or drying my clothes. It's a public laundromat, people. I'm not sure what people are looking for, but this place is pretty much clean and WAYYY cheaper than my apt. to wash and dry my clothes. Maybe I'm not disappointed because my expectation of a public wash house isn't real high. Wipe things off when you get there, check the machines before you start shoving your clothes in... Common sense stuff. The dirt and such is from other customers, not the proprietors. They come every night and clean, sweep, basically keep it decent which is more than I can say for a lot of places where all they do is collect the money and leave the mess. read more

Worst place ever. Washed my cloths last week and now I itch like crazy. I looked at my cloths more closely and they all have strands of fiberglass all over them. I tried rehashing them at another place and they are stick covered. I just bought new shirts and now I will have to throw them out. DO NOT WASH HERE AND RISK RUINING YOUR CLOTHS. read more

My mom has been coming to wash here for years so i come here too. Late in the afternoon around 5 or 6 the cleaning lady comes in and shes super rude. She will sweep at your feet with out saying excuse me or anything. So i try not to come i during that time or in the mornings because of the cafe next door and you cant hardly ever find parking so it sucks read more

This is hands down the best laundromat around the University. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left there was a lady that was constantly going around cleaning up the place, all while greeting customers and being generally helpful. If you want to save money on laundry but don't wanna deal with a disgusting little room then this is the place for you. read more

This place is hands down the worst place I've ever washed in!! It is disgusting dirty the machines suck it took forever to dry I spent over 2 dollars in each machine to dry! The apartment complex I live in has awesome machines but I had a lot of blankets and comforters to wash so I decided to take my clothes as well which was only one load I had to Disperse my one load into 3 different machines and even like that my clothes continue to be humid, now imagine my comforters and blankets! Sorry I came here one third of the machines had out of order signs. I used two dryers one didn't work and my clothes never dried. I had to wait another 44 minutes and spend more. The only saving grace is that I could go next door and get breakfast while I had to wait. This is a terrible laundromat the one on laugonia is much nicer read more

Best place to get laundry done! New A/C and fans for the summer. New dryers that will dry a full load for 75 cents and the owner was kind enough to give everyone a free wash and a free dry, Just to thank everyone for their business top notch! There is Also ample seating and benches to do work or have a bite. The shopping center is great as well, there is food, drinks and an awesome nail salon nearby....I won't go anywhere else! read more

I am new to the area and looking for a nice laundromat in the Redlands area. This is the second place I tried and I am not a fan. Machines where not labeled as to the size of the machine so you had to guess based on the cost of the machine. I would say almost have the machines where out of order. I used the super large machine and after taking 45 minutes the cloths came out soaking wet so needless to say drying took way longer than it needed to, even lite stuff like sheets that where loosely packed in a dryer. I here that many laundromats are offering wifi and this was not an option her. Their was a staff member there and he was very friendly and the place was reasonably clean but they really lost me with all the other issues. read more

Nice clean place, cleaning lady is super sweet!! She saw that I was drying a big comforter and offered me tennis balls which helps dry faster. She did not have to do that so I was so grateful.Originally from San Bernardino so you can imagine how the laundrymats are out there. Will definitely return! read more
