The suit I bought needed alterations to the pants and the jacket. That was seamless as the person was a tailor and gave excellent advice. Would definitely shop there again.

It was my second time in 2 years being at this particular JayJays, and yet again I found 2 items of clothing that I'd be looking for for years (plus a 3rd that I'd been looking for, for even longer!). 2 years ago I found 2 leggings that another JayJays had in different sizes but we called up this location and they had my size in stock! This time around, I'd been looking for a warm denim vest-styled jacket with cloth-material for the sleeves, as well as black high-waisted jeans that would actually feel comfortable and fit me properly. I've wanted them for at least 4 years, and I'd checked every H&M, NY&Co, Macy's, Sears, Gap, Forever 21, Seal, you name it. I'd even checked several shops in Australia but found no luck. Not only did I find both of those items, but I also found yet another pair of jeans that I'd only recently discovered I fancied. Boyfriend jeans that roll up at the bottom! I do wish they didn't have rips in them (I am aware that is the intentional style), but nevertheless they are another pair of jeans that are comfortable and fit me just right! Jeans and jackets have always been difficult for me to find to the point that I opted for hoodies and leggings for most of my life. I will happily be going to this JayJays whenever I'm on the lookout for certain items of clothing!

The shoes are stocked on their shelves in an organised way and it is relatively easy to find a size once you've chosen the model you want. Fitness First members get an additional 20% off already reduced prices. My husband and I were able to get fairly new models of running shoes for $64 each, which is actually cheaper than US prices. The shoes I bought are listed at DSW for US $79.95. The staff are friendly and helpful, one of the sales assistants was very obliging in helping us find the size for the shoes we wanted because we couldn't find one on the shelves. In fact, they come up to you when they see you looking at shoes and let you know that if you can't find your size on the shelf, they'll check if they have it in their stockroom. I know it's their job but I've found the staff at other outlet stores to be unhelpful or grumpy, so for me it's a plus that they have good sales assistants.

They have a fast turn over and are ready to get last seasons stock out the front with at least 40% off. Great place to visit if you are travelling overseas where it is cold at the moment.
