The program is very reasonably priced compared to many other clinics in the area offering similar services. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile for my family. They offer blood work and discovered serious problems such as diabetes (which even our primary dr had somehow overlooked). I'm very grateful and impressed. I highly recommend this clinic.

My bloodwork indicated diabetes, although my primary had never tested my a1c and blood glucose had always looked normal. Highly recommend getting the labs on your first visit. My thyroid levels had never been tested and I was relieved to find that they are normal. Extensive lab results. I am thankful to the clinic for finding my diabetes, otherwise no telling when it would have been diagnosed, as I am otherwise healthy, no medications. There was a mob there on new patient day but they handled the crowd pretty well. On return visits it is generally pretty quiet with good service. They offer an array of supplements, injections, etc. but did not try to push anything on me. I highly recommend them.

Do not let them touch you!!!Complete disaster!!! I had to have a hysterectomy from cancer when I…read morewas 32. I had tried every HRT under the sun and they all gave me terrible side effects. I had gained 80 lbs , having severe anxiety/mood swings and felt terrible. Until I found Biote pellets. They gave me my life back. I lost all the weight. Anxiety was almost completely gone. The clinic I went to was amazing and I was so sad when I moved away. I actually drove 3.5 hours there and 3.5 hours back for several injections because I was so scared to switch doctors. Finally I called and found a provider that used Biote pellets and made an appointment. First impression on the phone was not to bad but when I arrived to my first appointment there were several ladies behind the front desk cutting up and laughing no greeting of any kind.The atmosphere was not very professional but I gave it a shot. I received my hormones and went on my way and all was good. I scheduled my next appointment before I left the clinic. Fast forward a few months and I arrive at my next appointment and once again there are several ladies cutting up and laughing and talking. No greeting but it is ok. I am called to the back and i am in the procedure room where 3 ladies including the doctor are talking to each other while she performs the insertion. I am barely spoken to. She finishes up and says " I think you are going to be happy with the new brand pellets". I immediately asked her what did you just say and she repeated herself as my jaw dropped. I was in shock as I asked questions about the new brand. I was not asked if I wanted the new brand or even told about it until it was too late. The hormone pellets were already in place and I think I was in shock because I paid and left. It was about 20 minutes later when I pulled my car into a parking lot and looked up this new brand and I was so angry and terrified. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my body is very sensitive to any and all medications. I called the office and could not get an answer so i text the office phone asking for a returned call when one of the ladies asked what it was in regards to. I sent a text about the basics of the conversation I needed to have but instead of a phone call I find myself responding to text messages from this lady arguing with me. I have placed several phone calls since i live 2 hours away and months later have not received a call back. I have now gained 16lbs , I am fighting anxiety, depression , body aches and pain. All because a irresponsible office staff and doctor implanted a medication i had not agreed to receiving. I am still not sure if I am going to take legal action or not but please do not let these people touch you!!!

I have been a patient of this practice for years and it seems like in the past couple of years the…read moreexperience has been on the decline. Initially the frustration came from the long waiting times at appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late you must reschedule but if you were on time, I have experienced wait times of over 45 minutes before even being called back and an additional 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. This has improved but now you must wait extremely long times for lab results, making me think the labs are not going out daily. I had blood drawn on Monday and didn't receive results until Friday for results that other offices provide same day or next day. I have blood that was drawn on Wednesday and Wednesday has come again and still no results, so if it is an urgent matter this would not be the practice to visit. I do enjoy the care I receive from the providers, they are easy to speak with and knowledgeable in their fields. It's just some categories where the practice is missing the mark.
