I'm in the middle of moving and have been trying to get an official account statement for my lender. The lender tried to call them for several weeks - no one ever answered the phone. So the lender asked me to call...I thought I'd check online in their new website first - thinking I should easily be able to download a statement - but I was wrong. I then called on 7/7 and spoke with Donna. She said she entered a request for the statement and that it would be emailed to me in 24 hours. She also told me she would take screen shots from her computer with the information she has available and email those to me on 7/7. As I had not received any email from Worldmark by Wyndham or anyone else with an official statement, I called at 1:30pm to see what the status was. Two people told me their system says the email was sent - I told them I wouldn't be on the phone with you if I had the statement and I've been checking my email (junk/spam and inbox) for 24 hours looking for it specifically. It's now 7/8 at 4pm and I don't have the email Donna promised me or the 'official statement' from their 3rd party. I called again today - twice - and was told their system says the email with the 'official statement' was sent. I asked if they could send it again as I had not received it - Worldmark doesn't get a copy - so effectively they don't know if it was sent. My closing date is in jeopardy because of the abhorrent customer service by Worldmark and everyone I know on Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. will be hearing about it. Shame on you Worldmark!!!
