P.s. renting a car and leaving it at the port costs parking fees. And renting a one way car to the rental office ( not convenient as it is located a ways away) ... Great music in the car both headed there and returning. We had an ambitious trip to Orlando so we appreciated the love and care from the team. Note that you have to be mindful of your luggage. Because luggage also takes space ( typically they have a space for the luggage storage area) but be mindful of the over packers in your group and tell them not to over pack cuz it can potentially limit how many people can fit in your shuttle. ( I'm saying this because my mom tried to bring two check in luggages ... And that limited how many people we could fit lol. ) So encourage packing light! You literally have everything on the cruise anyways. Staff: They know what they are doing. They're safe even while communicating to home base on a hands-free device. I love that they communicate with each other still as we were directed in real time to avoid being in traffic which made our route so much smoother and even gave us somewhere scenic. Their name was also mentioned positively on the cruising boards. The cruising industry and as a result the related industries have all been hit hard due to the pandemic. I have to say that Cortrans was fantastic. Their communication before the day of the trip was very prompt and polite. Their driver was very helpful with our bags and went over the instructions of where to meet them if we used their on the return portion. We had plans with friends so we didn't use them. Since Animal Kingdom Lodge is often one of the last stops on the shuttle route, we wanted to avoid turning the airport transfer into a 1.5-hour trip. My husband and I decided it would be worth it to book a direct ride to our resort instead. We were genuinely impressed. The SUV was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Fabian was an excellent driver -- professional, smooth, and incredibly accommodating. He even provided beverages for us during the ride. I almost never fall asleep during car rides, but the drive was so relaxing that I actually drifted off. I called him a week prior to our trip with my payment info, and again, received a receipt via email. On the day we disembarked, Ray showed up right on time. His van was very clean, and I appreciated that he didn't manhandle our luggage! We were dropped off right in front of the doors for WestJet - bonus!
