I was trying to return a gift I received from Amazon, and it arrived without a packing slip. He rudely told me to go over to the door to call Amazon, then while I was getting help from Amazon in the phone, told me to move away from the self serve kiosk for Amazon returns- no one was using or even wanted to use the self serve kiosk! He told me when I called ahead to ask if they did returns for Amazon that they were closing soon- it was 40" b4 closing... then I watched him turn away a customer that arrived 2" before closing- he had already locked up! You could tell the new employee was feeling embarrassed at how rude this guy was treating people. I'd love to talk to the owner to express my disappointment personally.

At first I was hesitant to use them only due to their hours. I work full time, and wasn't sure I would be able to make it. Even though I ultimately made it in, I learned that they accommodate some of their customers by a lock box they have after-hours. Pay ahead of time, and pick up at your convenience. Also, they close at 4pm on Friday's, so I think the hours listed on Google are slightly incorrect. The next time I need high quality printing, and (the dwindling art of) customer service I will absolutely be back.

I ordered it two days before the OH on a Thursday and he said it would be ready on Friday. Well, Friday came around and I was so busy getting the house prepared for the OH that I completely forgot about the flyers and missed John's three email reminders. At 1:30am I shot up in bed when I suddenly remembered the flyers, and they were closer on the weekend. To my utter surprise and delight, his last email said "I know you wanted this for today and we are closing, so I will leave them in my mailbox for you to pick up before the OH" and I hadn't even paid for the job yet! What a lifesaver! Eternally grateful for his kindness and consideration and trust. And the flyers were gorgeous! I'm a customer for life.

TLDR: Toddler smashes my iPad, they fixed it same day! Decent price, camera was a bit off…read more So my toddler smashed my iPad Air, like to the point where the screen had a literal hole and you could see the back! I thought the iPad was past the point of repair and would need replaced! But alas!! 4G was able to replace the screen the same day I came in!! Wow so happy to be able to salvage this disaster. The technician told me the screen they had in stock wasn't just right (or some more technical way of explaining it). But I wanted it completed on the same day if possible so I said, yeah yeah whatever you have is fine. It works almost 100%, other than the front camera not lining up quite right. I blame this oversight on my own inpatients. Overall I would totally recommend this place! If your kids break expensive electronics check it out!

The latest involved a networking problem that they claimed was being caused by malware on my computer. They ran their "super diagnostic" and wiped out several years of utilities that I paid for and have been using just fine on three computers. All that and they didn't solve the problem that brought me into their store in the first place. My computer still wouldn't connect when I brought it home. I called them and got only a "song & dance" runaround. I thought seriously about stopping payment on the $200 charge they levied for their "disc cleaning," but decided I really don't want to have any further contact with them. I solved my own problem - no thanks to 4G Data - and worked a week getting my computer back to where it was before they 'trashed' it. Now I'm warning the world to beware! If you read their customer comments it seems clear that 4G Data is interested in the lucrative corporate accounts. They treat their walk-in customers mostly as an unwelcome interruption. I suspect they are pricing their services in such a way as to discourage those "pain-in-the-neck" walk-in problems from disturbing them. They have lots of competitors with good reputations. Just Google "Palm Harbor computer service companies." It should be interesting to see if them leave this review on the web. I'm sure Yelp will.
