I found Orange tint and graphics while looking at places where to have my two front windows tinted. I looked at a couple of other shops but I kept coming back to this shop for some reason. So I decided to give them a call around 9am to see if they could have me bring in the car on the same day. They scheduled me for 11am and I was out by 12:30 or so. They did a great job tinting the front two windows but I will have to go back next time I'm in Tampa to have them fix a small line on the passenger side window that didn't disappeared after the 3-4 days waiting period. Had to have our tint redone since it started bubbling after many years. Since it was a 3M product it had a lifetime warranty. I contacted the original vendor that sold it and installed it for us. They informed us that they no longer do automobile tinting. They stated to call 3M directly. We contacted 3M and spoke with Jeremy which was quite helpful. After researching local auto tinting companies, we were fortunate to find OrangeTint and more. Jessica, Kendra and Joey were all so friendly, informative and helpful. Jeremy from 3M sent the approval to Orange Tint and more and we were scheduled for the next day. We went to their location which was so very clean, smelled fantastic and in less than an hour they had removed the old damaged tint and replaced with new to the drivers side and front passenger window. Terrible terrible !!! don't go there. I came last Tuesday with $150 job to remove the front bumper paint protection film on my Lexus ES 350 2016, an hour later I was informed that I should need my hood repainted because the paint under was all scratched up after the removal of 1/5 of the film, and was given a phone number of Liquid Lennys, who is doing golf cart body business. I went home with the confusion with what was going on and contacted my insurance as well as Lexus to demand about the car paint underneath the film since he told me it's a bad paint job before the film was put on. The next day I came back with the request to talk to him again and ask for another explanation since I disagree with him about the scratch, he told me right away that he's not paying for the hood painted, saying "IT LOOKS LIKE SHIT" anyway and he's doing me a favor by recommending the body shop , what 's in the world, who 's saying such thing ? no respect to customers bad bad bad attitude as an owner. He admitted that the scratches were from the removal but no way to avoid it, then why took the job ? should have told me right away instead of doing it anyway and sending me home with the mess ? I would want to have other solution or find other people to remove it with out scratching it badly like that. Such bad manner and extremely horrible attitude, no professional here. To my firefighter brothers, sisters, EMTs and Paramedics, and to the general public. I have had three vehicles tinted here. The jobs were done very well. The owner (Justin) seems to take pride in his work and he made sure that I was happy with the job. I decided to have my company van wrapped so I took it here thinking I would get the same kind of service. They did spend a lot of time with me to make sure that I was happy with the design, but that is what your supposed to do. The van was completed and I think it looks nice, but there are some flaws that I think needed to be corrected. I thought that I would be treated the same way as when I had my windows tinted, but when I arrived, Dustin (The Owner) took a very negative posture with me. I asked him If I could show him a few things and he shook his head and sighed as if he didn't want to hear it. I said "I'm not going to make you re-due it, I just want you to fix a few things." Justin said "Re-due it, well that's not going to happen." in a very condescending tone. We went outside and I started showing him the issues and he wouldn't let me get a word in. He kept telling me that its a wrap, that's how it is. To cut to the chase. I cannot recommend Orange Tint and Graphics at this time.
