Update: January 3rd, 2024; Happy New Year!…read more It was an even brighter Happy New Year because Roger the owner diagnosed the why; my vehicle of 2005 was sputtering and choking out each time I tried to start it. It finally died so I phoned my auto insurance at Nationwide Insurance, and arranged for a tow from my home to his shop. Diagnoses: Filthy gas tank and a ill functioning fuel pump. Out the door I paid less than 50% of what I would have been charged by Roger diagnosising the issue at no cost. Old School. Love that! Vehicle is running great once again and since it's my only mode of transportatoin that I own; I'm so grateful for Roger & his Wife who runs the desk. Thank you both for true customer service and follow through at affordable pricing. What a value as I live on a very meager income due to being disabled. PS: The turn-a-round time for getting all this undercarriage work done was less than 2 days. I had something else done there too. They also referred me to a great place for a new transmission (look, it wasn't a great year or two for my car, lol) and cheap tires (Golden State Tires). Future more, i just purchased Corolla few days ago for my kid therefore i was doing the tuneup on my own prior smog while i was extracting Spark Plugs one of the plugs broke partial of got stuck in cylinder; a Nightmare! so i called Jarvin at "One Start Auto" Jarvin advised me not to panic call my insurance company and have it towed to shop first thing in the morning. Moreover, usually in this situation Mechanic has to take the Head Cylinder off in order to repair this issue, luckily John the Master Mechanic also the shop owner had a lot a experience time in service and stayed over late to repair the issue without taking the Head Cylinder off. Finally, at late evening around 7pm John successfully removed broken Spark Plug from Cylinder #4. Next day Jarvin inspected car diligently made sure it is safe for my teenage new driver kid. service I received from Jarvin and John from (One Start Auto) far surpassed my expectations!
