I called back because whoever was doing the estimate was running late and I spoke to someone more experienced and they told me I didn't need an estimate. They offered to send someone out same day and gave me a coupon for the inconvenience. The serviceman that came out was friendly and knowledgeable and taught me a couple things about yellow jackets.
