The piece was designed to complement an existing canvas in our bedroom--to flank each side of the canvas with a "flowing" branch of a cherry blossom tree. The piece was a beautiful mixed media design; each tree branch was cut from stainless steel, and the surrounding flowers/petals were all ceramic. We met the Spectors at the October Sugarloaf Craft Festival in Gaithersburg, MD, and they completed the piece in time for their return to the November show. Both Adam and Sarah came to our house to install the piece, and all four of us had a great time collaborating on the placement of each individual flower/petal on the wall. The Spectors are both very warm and friendly people. It is clear that they are phenomenal artists, with a passion for pottery, that continue to bring innovative fresh designs to their handmade collection.

I was especially excited because they had a couple of glass cabinets with Fenton pieces. I collect Fenton so I bought several pieces at reasonable prices. The owner "Rhonda" was there and she was very friendly. She also runs an online auction a couple of times a month at Rhondasauction.com. They are open 10-5 everyday. Don't be fooled because you can find some gems hidden in the mess. A bulk of the furniture is located in an unheated section of the back barn which brings me to my main issue... NO lights!! You'll need to hunt for the switches if you want to look about. I tried flipping multiple sets of switches in the barn with no success. I had to use my phone flashlight. Overall it's an experience but I most likely won't return. Pricing was hit or miss... mostly a miss.

I'll agree the place was jam packed with merchandise but that's definitely not a negative to me. staff was super friendly too and the prices were fair, they even had sales on a lot of it. will 100% be going back!
