We took some documents into shred today and they charged us $1.50 per lb to let us feed them into a locked box. In the past that service was free so we'd browse around and shop while we were there. No more. Amazon will deliver everything Staples carry for less and deliver it free. So Staples, not that you care, you've lost me as a customer and maybe more that haven't let you know.

Never delivered…read morebut returned after months to original shipping store with some nonsense narrative about attempting delivery. It just had to be left at the address, so "attempt " makes no sense. Phone number provided by the store for customer service informed me the "you can not be connected with a live agent for this issue". So I've paid their premium price to have a very expensive gift lost for months with no recourse. Sad way to run a business
