On the reverse side of the frame are the words that were on the reverse side of the album. We are now chatting about my project and in the middle of our discussion starts talking to her graphic design ?? Person about a customer she sees pulling up in the parking lot. She literally leaves me standing at the counter and without a word starts talking and helping the customer who now just walked in the door. I couldn't believe it- she left me hanging there... So, I politely say, I think I'll come back when you're less busy versus what I could've said...WTF??!!?? The lady says something like- this is how it always is. So, it's always a rude, non attentive, disorganized clusterfudge?? What a waste of my time. Definitely not a good fit for me.

Joy came thru for me; She put a rush on it & made sure it was done before Christmas even after I changed my mind about what exactly I wanted printed on the photos. The two enlargements came out much better than I expected from an old photo & the cost was very reasonable. I was very happy with the results!
