We took some documents into shred today and they charged us $1.50 per lb to let us feed them into a locked box. In the past that service was free so we'd browse around and shop while we were there. No more. Amazon will deliver everything Staples carry for less and deliver it free. So Staples, not that you care, you've lost me as a customer and maybe more that haven't let you know.

Not happy with them at all. But I will say they arrived on time and the two boys were very nice but…read morethey had no giddy up in their step. Based on originally what I said needed to be moved, they quoted me for 3 hours. My husband and I actually moved a lot of stuff ourselves. It should have taken much less. I was told that the time would be adjusted. When the two boys first arrived they had to assess the situation and then went down to get hand carts. Didn't bother taking a box with them. Then when they did grab boxes I could hear them slamming down 3 flights of stairs. Thank goodness I packed everything. I was told a couple days before that they would wrap things so I stopped wrapping items, but they didn't wrap my coffee table and I just recently noticed a chip. I firmly believe they purposely took their time to make sure they reached the 3 hour mark. Top it all off, loll my husband actually carried stuff down to try to get them to move alittle faster. When I first moved to Florida, I had two people, hired through U-Haul, that moved everything!!! Beds, kitchen, over 20 boxes, living room!!! They were done in an hour and had to go up 3 flights of stairs!!!!!!! With this move, I took all the kitchen stuff over a couple days before, my husband and I took the bed frames and a bunch of boxes. They did not have to move a lot of stuff. Needless to say very disappointed!!!

Brian, the service manager, happened to be standing behind the Service Associate at the front desk. He volunteered a tremendous amount of knowledge that was both practical and useful. His conversation converted us from potential Kubota customers to future John Deere customers. Then he gave us a warm handoff to the sales manager, who was also very knowledgeable. We will be back! I recommend Everglades Equipment Group because everyone that we talked to knew a tremendous amount about the products and had good advice for long-term, successful ownership going forward. So an important piece of mail did not get to it's destination on time and we are out a total of $24.24 for a certified piece of mail. I guess there's a reason they are no longer in business.
