The staff are all well aware of this issue but don't warn you prior to signing up for a unit. We had all of our home contents in storage for nearly 2 years while traveling and returned this past July to rodent urine and excrement on EVERYTHING - furniture, kids toys, boxes and bins chewed open, and our brand new Endy mattress and Dyson stick vacuum destroyed. Management told us they are aware there is an issue with rodents only after we brought the damage to their attention and said that a regional manager would be in touch. It took writing several reviews to finally receive a response. Scott, the regional manager offered us compensation in the amount of $900 which doesn't even cover the cost of a new mattress, but advised it would take up to 6 weeks to receive the cheque. It has been over 10 weeks and no one will answer our emails and no cheque has been sent. There is ZERO customer service or support. We spent over $10,000 in storage fees and had over $2000 in damages that aren't even covered by their mandatory 'insurance' policy. This company is criminal and should not be in business. I cannot express my dissatisfaction and frustration enough. Avoid this company at all costs!

I used them for a year I met Mitch ( regional store manager ) and Vince ( the acting store manager at the time) it's Tyler now. In June 2024, my STORAGE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, majority of my items including my expensive computer gear and treasured family objects were stolen! the manager didn't alert me so I found out by complete surprise and he said "he was getting to it but forgot". I filed a police report the same day as I was told to and asked the regional manager Mitch to file an insurance claim. ( yes I was paying insurance ). It's December 2024 guys, I've had to call over and over again, send emails again and again. I've still gotten no answers. I never received compensation and I'm being blown off again and again. I'm completely devastated, but if you can learn from my experience then it'll save you thousands and heartache.

It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

I also live in the US so I had to arrange everything remotely due to the pandemic border closing. They started the car occasionally and shifted it's position to keep it and the tires functional. They helped by taking photos of the vehicle at the time of loading onto the transport vehicle and sending them to me. I cannot praise this business enough. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

But!!!…read moreThey charge you more than it's worth and if you need a mover do not use Move4u that's their friends they use to help you move out of storage. That company charged us 1250.00$ for four hours. They had a U-Haul rental that costs about 50 bucks for that amount of time. So they charged me 1200 for two guys who took lunch and charged us another hour so they could take the U-Haul back. Are you kidding me!! It was the smallest truck. They did work hard but never will u ever use that moving company again! Total actual time was 3:45 hours and we paid 5 hours. Plus their lunch bullsh...! If you deal with green storage i believe it's there weekend buddies out to make a buck. So no good things here to say about move4u

Ashanti was incredibly helpful in showing us the unit sizes and setting up our account and giving a tour of the facility. We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. Finally, everything is accessible via phone app so no keys involved! Thank you to the staff on site for the beautiful property upkeep and solid service. I have already recommended to friends!
