The worst experience of my life, after saving up for a motorhome, I have never seeing , such…read moredisrespect and unprofessional unpleasant human-being , they really don't care , about their customers, they wash their hands , from district managers to the store managers , they are our bullies , they lie to you and don't take any responsibility for customers personal property. My motorhome not once but twice had, had an incident , the first time understood why it was not their responsibility , but they were not even aware that someone had scratch and broken the window ,backing into the parking spot , no one checks if something is amiss (and we pay close to 100.00 a month,)they call me when the daughter's the customer call them , it would seem that they don't check on customers renting spots or motorhomes . The second time there was theft on all the motorhome , in the fall they started doing some construction they told all of us to move our motorhome to the back , this parking lot has a passcode for customers to go in and out , but it make no sense if you don't have a back fence to discourage theft and no security cameras pointing towards all the motorhome , they took no responsibility and lie to us for weeks that they would pay for the theft , the part that was taken was worth 2500.00 not including labour , I was diminished and belittle ,when I ask to speak to someone in the head office and after calling a few times they transferred my call to the police, just for Asking for a name, that is the type of customers service your dealing with , i hope no one would have to experience, what I have had to go through with on Stoney creek mountain in centennial . They make you feel worthless and insignificant , and I think that is there objective. and I'm just telling you the surface of the story . Give one star is giving too much I wish we had negative stars to give or no star , this is the way they treat seniors
