One, they are excellent communicators. They let me know when they are coming, and leave a sheet explaining what they have done when they leave. Their periodic reports on seasonal issues are informative, and I find them helpful. Second, they have never pressured me regarding additional treatments. (Grub treatment, or thatching for instance). They let me know the extra treatments are available, but there has never been any pressure to use them. This is distinctly different from my last service, who seemed to call me at least once a week, and was the reason I stopped using them. So, I am a very satisfied customer.

Chris was very responsive, he responded quickly after I sent a website inquiry, came for an initial consultation within just a couple days, and had a full estimate to me not long after. I received sketches and renderings of his proposed landscape plan, and he seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. He had great ideas but also was a good listener and took our ideas into account as well. He installed the landscaping over the course of spring 2020. He checked in several times in person to see how it was doing over the summer, and was always there to answer a call or email with any questions we had. A year later, all of the plants have come in beautifully, we did not lose even one over the winter. He did a meticulous spring cleanup, and we are so excited for year 2 of our landscaping looking better than ever!
