They use a leaf blower to blast snow from walkways shooting rock salt onto our lawns preventing grass from ever growing. They shoot black mulch EVERYWHERE including against the house (permanent stains on siding) and covering the crushed rock drainage with inches of mulch, basically forcing rain into my basement. You can call and call and call and they promise a call back but you'll never get one. Worst Ever. I will be meeting with my Condo Association about changing.

The initial service costs more than the weekly service and they offer online invoice bill pay which I appreciate. They do their best to maintain a regular day of the week so you know when to expect them and to leave open any yard gateYou may have, such as we do, to contain pets and kids. A people I have spoken to or had email conversations with have always been polite and friendly and relatively quick to provide an answer. I intend to contact them about the possibility of plowing this Winter. And I intend to continue with them in the coming summer.

Enter Ted Carter who articulated his vision of what space could be, transforming the area into a peaceful, calming beautiful sanctuary. Ted was careful to integrate what the terrain would offer such as sun & shade, wind exposures, native plants, climate and soil grades, plant selection, water availability and even habitats that would support local wildlife (in our case a butterfly garden).
