Please let me know if you would like this office to process your payment on a later date this month." I consider that incredible customer service! I switched from my previous lawn service to Proficient Grounds Maintenance after interrupting one of their employees while he was working on a neighbors lawn. He was on his last house and it was after 7pm. Despite what I am sure was a long exhausting day he took the time to answer my questions and even mow my lawn right then and there. He was very professional and honest (based on the interactions that I overheard while he was speaking via phone to his boss). Since then, they have been completely reliable and have consistently delivered excellence. There prices are excellent as is the work that they do.

That being said, based upon our recent experience, I don't recommend their landscaping services. It's possible that the problem is the employee that came to our house to review what we wanted in order to give us a quote. Chuck was grumpy. My husband initiated the follow up call so we could discuss the proposal and we set up a time to meet. Our appointment was today and he wasn't there, but we did get a copy of his suggestions. We won't waste our time with a merchant that doesn't take the initiative to garner our business. Overall, Pat's Nursery is great. The landscaping experience was abysmal. We will move forward and get a quote from another vendor.
