I bought the Bagster bag for $30. I set the bag up at the end of the driveway so it was within reach of the boom arm on the truck. This meant that I had to walk 15 yards further with everything. I filled the bag on Saturday but they don't pick up on weekends. I set the appointment for Monday and they give you a three day window. I called on Wednesday afternoon to make sure they were coming. They subcontracted out the job and two guys show up and hand toss the trash into a truck, no boom so I did all the extra work for nothing. On top of it all, they take the bag and you don't get it returned. So I paid $30 for the bag and $170 for the pickup. I could've done 3 trips to the dump and it would've cost me nothing but time. Learn from my mistake and don't use Bagster OR Waste Management. read more

Worst service ever! We moved to Conway SC the middle of April. Not knowing there was a recycle center 3 minutes from our home. We paid Waste Management of Conway 236.00 for 3 months service. They collected our trash 1 time. We cancelled the service 2 week before the scheduled pickup, they only refunded 113.00 of the 236.00. Today we received another bill for 72.00. When called they said it was setup fees. What was the 113.00 that they kept for???? 1 time trash pickup??? Some one in the Conway government need to audit this company! They are a rip off! read more

Just found GFL Environmental at more than half the price of Waste Management in Conway. When you cancel with Waste Management and though you still have time on your previous bill, they charge you $75 to pick up the can. Even when it is the same day for a normal pick up and you still have time on your previous bill...i.e. like 2 weeks coming to you. That doesn't count though. NO prorations. Don't use Waste Management! read more

This company is horrible never sent me a bill, never email or contact me about my bill. Then didn't pick my trash up, but worst of all every single month the bill went up nine dollars every single month! Do not use the service they are horrible! read more

Awful service - well actually no service at all. If you want to sit on hold multiple times for over an hour each time, go to their office (as a last result) only to find them closed during normal business hours, or have them tell you they will pick up the trash and not show up multiple weeks in a row, this is your trash removal company. Please please please never use waste management! I don't care if you have to strap your trash to the top of your car and take it to the recycling center yourself. This company has their fees, their customer service is horrific, their wait times trying to get customer service are astronomical and their managers are snarky and unhelpful. Please be advised that if you cancel service with them they will charge you over $100 just to remove your Ken which they own!!! When you dispute the charge they will threaten to send you to collections... This is a horrible company with horrible customer service!!! read more

Do not use this company. Their fees for residential pickup are almost twice what they should be and they miss pick up days. They charge quarterly rather than monthly. I was double charged for a quarter and then refused a refund. I was told by them that "Conway doesn't issue refunds" and " the computer doesn't have common sense and makes mistakes. It happens." I have been trying to cancel my account with them for a month now with no success. They expect me to use the 6 months of credit I now have with them, first. read more

Worst ever customer communication, hidden fees that we were never told about when signing up. $75 fee when discontinuing our service, $34 extra dollars a month for admin fees to send our bill ?
