The first appointment was completely forgotten with no notice or communication until after I reached out to follow-up. We then agreed on a second appointment and on the same day, he canceled. We further agreed to a third appointment, and 30-minutes before our scheduled time, I received a text saying he could not make it and to find someone else to do the job. While communication with Jeff was cordial and polite, the schedule mismanagement and lack of respect of a repeat customer's time was not.
