Technician Troy Williams came out and was OUTSTANDING. He gave us his honest opinion even though it did not result in a sale for his company. Friendly service. Very clear about what he intended to do before doing it, and he consulted with me a few times to be sure we stayed on the same page. Really knows Arizona construction. We had Rogoz replace a kitchen fixture with recessed lighting. Their serviceman planned for four but after I explained that my family and I are human moles, he changed the layout to run two lights instead. We love our new lighting! It's the perfect color and the dimmer switch allows us to make it just the right shade of dark. I guess I didn't communicate well when making the initial appointment and Eddie once he arrived took the time to explain additional details to me. That took up some of the work time and he was kind enough not to charge us for that time. He and his coworker where super friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves! They also showed up on time! I appreciate that he took the time to really go into detail with us and give us honest advice for future work that we can do ourselves and that they can do for us. From the first call they were much better than the competitor with more reviews!! We were offered a convenient time for us within a very quick time frame to meet up.
