I booked an appointment five days ago online. Received text and email confirmation of the window between 12-4. I called the day of just to check if they give a 30 minute heads up. I had blocked my schedule, moved a bunch of meetings and worked from home so I could accommodate this window. They said they had no recollection of my appointment ever being booked and don't have anyone available today. Extremely frustrated and will not be using them in the future. Technician Troy Williams came out and was OUTSTANDING. He gave us his honest opinion even though it did not result in a sale for his company. We had Rogoz replace a kitchen fixture with recessed lighting. Their serviceman planned for four but after I explained that my family and I are human moles, he changed the layout to run two lights instead. We love our new lighting! It's the perfect color and the dimmer switch allows us to make it just the right shade of dark. Eddie and a worker (we didn't get their name) came to help us install 3 outdoor lights and check our electricity on a fan that stopped spinning. I guess I didn't communicate well when making the initial appointment and Eddie once he arrived took the time to explain additional details to me. That took up some of the work time and he was kind enough not to charge us for that time. He and his coworker where super friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves! They also showed up on time! I appreciate that he took the time to really go into detail with us and give us honest advice for future work that we can do ourselves and that they can do for us. The other company quoted us a ridiculous price and I knew IMMEDIATELY I wasn't willing to pay the price they expected!! I call Rogoz Electric and I was very impressed from start to finish!! From the first call they were much better than the competitor with more reviews!! We were offered a convenient time for us within a very quick time frame to meet up. I've been using Rogoz Electric for a number of years now for both my residence needs and my business's needs. Just had them out again last week to add some circuits and wiring for an AC unit and power supply for an EV charger in my garage.
