We asked this company to paint a couple of rooms, tile a bathroom, and fix some water spots. He was able to have his crew come out and start work within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The crew used the cheapest possible plastic tarps over our carpet. They didn't stay down, and as a result, there is paint on carpets throughout the room. They didn't put tarps down at all in the other rooms, and left paint on the hardwood floor in our foyer. There are several places (like around electrical sockets) where they completely failed to paint. The crew also tried to simply paint over the water spots rather than actually repair them as had been agreed. I pointed out these issues to Mr Joseph on our walkthrough. He assured me that he would be back the following week to fix them himself. From that point forward, the excuses began to flow in and he has never shown up to remedy any of the issues (despite providing new dates along the way). After our initial meeting, I had high hopes for Home Pro Remodeling. After this experience, I would recommend finding someone else to do any work in your home or business.

I went back to the store to check on the color, thinking maybe there was an issue with the lot I received. there wasn't. Tracy made some suggestions and was so willing to help. We pulled up the flooring, replaced and carpeted another area -- all in, I was shocked how little extra it cost to redo the flooring completely! We will reuse the original flooring elsewhere to boot! it looks gorgeous! We had a slight issue with the cuts from the drain tile, and the next day, it was fixed. Treated well, priced well, easy to work with and their referrals to the other pros were spot on. I am looking forward to the next bathroom!!

They were fast but not sloppy with their work. the corners and around the door trim was perfect. every bored was staggered perfectly and straight. They had to move some heavy furniture but did it without a single scratch. They also did a good job of cleaning up after they finished. Sharissa really spent time working with me trying different looks. She also had good ideas. The accent I chose is very different to most I had seen in the Auburn area. It is important to make an appointment, by doing so, you will have the amount of time you need to work with Sharissa and experiment with a variety of looks. I would not recommend this business. Jernigan Tile was contracted for tile installation on a major…read moreremodeling project on my new home. Within 3 months of the installation, a section of grout on the shower floor of the master bath turned black. Jernigan was notified and were provided multiple opportunities to correct the problem; they gave several "explanations" for the black grout and tried several methods to resolve the issue (none of which were effective). In the end, Jernigan refused to perform the work to repair the problem and "make it right". As a result, a custom tile installer was hired to remove the shower floor and reinstall the tile. When he removed the tile, he found multiple examples of poor workmanship by Jernigan. This included (but was not limited to) a lack of adhesive on the back of the wall tiles, which allowed water to seep behind the tile, causing severe water damage. Most concerning, improper installation by Jernigan prevented water from the shower to drain correctly, resulting in black mold. My experience with Jernigan Tile was beyond disappointing. Their poor workmanship and improper installation (resulting in water damage and black mold) was completely unacceptable. Their lack of determination to find the root cause of the problem to be completely unprofessional; Jernigan Tile demonstrated a complete lack of initiative in resolving this problem. Based on these reasons, it goes without saying that I would not recommend this business.

I hired Armando Woodley to do an entire home remodel. The team appeared professional and…read moreknowledgeable. That was in Q1 2023. 6 months after the remodel, the flooring throughout my home needed be entirely replaced - despite my insistence that the LVP flooring would need some type of underlayment due to the uneven surfaces and transitions from concrete to wood, he insisted it was a waste of money and unnecessary (keep in mind that I paid for ALL materials, sometimes including the crew's lunch and home depot snacks apparently). In the end, I won the wrong battle that I at least wanted a moisture barrier. Now, all of the LVP throughout the entire home is cracking and separating. Worst $20K I've ever spent despite how much i loved the floor before it was installed. This issue started while they were still working on the house and he convinced me that I should compromise bc he couldn't afford to incur the cost of having to replace it. I tried for several months after completion of the project to get in touch with him and his crew foreman to no avail. They wouldn't even take my calls. Overall, I spent more than $150K on a total renovation and im being told it will take upwards of $75K to correct what they did. Im not one to ever leave a review, positive or negative, but in this case, I feel like I should warn folks. They are an extremely friendly group of folks and easily likable, but I trusted them to take care of my home and I feel like he/they took advantage of the fact that I'm a single female that didn't know all the answers. The flooring was just the tip of the iceberg, although the single most expensive mistake I made in trusting this team of people.. I think it hurt my heart more so than my pocket book to be taken advantage of to this extreme. Hard lesson learned, but i promise you I learned it well.... and will continue to pay for my bad judgment for years to come apparently. I will admit however, there were a few unforseens along the way that the team was more than willing to take care of....at a cost of course. ​

The crew that did the work were prompt, courteous, hard working and very skillful in doing a professional job in priming, caulking and getting two coats of paint on in between rainy days of weather. I highly recommend them and will call them again in the future to do some inside painting
