When I asked her for her experience she gave me a vague answer and didn't tell me she only had 6 months of experience until I specifically asked her. I then asked her to send me photos of other blonde dye jobs she had done in the past to confirm she could do hair similar to what I was looking for. After asking this she immediately shut me down and said that it seems like I'm not sure of her skills and that no other stylist could take me either. To me this came off as though she had never done hair similar to what I was looking for and that's why she couldn't provide me with pictures. The questions I asked were standard for any client looking for a new stylist and I wish she had responded appropriately and was just honest with me. I am always willing to give a new stylist a chance as long as they communicate their capabilities clearly with me.

I watched the time tick down on the screen to 1 min and then to ON DECK. A lady and her kid walked in. They sat them right away, and then my wait went from ON DECK back to just under 30 mins. I explained I had to leave to go pick my kid up from school. Never got a haircut. Wasted about two hours in total considering the drive.
