I have been a customer there for several months. Booked a manicure and pedicure with gel removal, my usual services. When I asked Jessica Green to start with the pedicure while we waited for gel removal, which is what staff has done in the past, she became visible angry with me. Cut the tension with a knife type of angry. The business is clean, overall staff is fun & pleasant. However, that was the most uncomfortable situation I have been in while receiving services from any company. If you do receive services there, don't schedule with Jessica Green. read more

We had a bachelorette party of nine and all nine of us were very pleased. The salon offered a variety of package options that we were able to mix and match which services we wanted. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff were so sweet & all were really good at their particular service(s). We were there from 10-2 and nobody felt rushed in their service or had too much time sitting around. We will definitely go back for the next birthday/event. read more

I LOVE going to Glam! I've had my eyebrows tinted twice and my eyelashes tinted once, all by Cara. Everyone here is so professional and the setup is so welcoming and relaxing. Cara always makes me feel so comfortable by walking me through everything she's doing so I know what's going on on my face. I'm new to the area and am looking for a salon. I decided to try Glam. I chose them due to some of the reviews and also that they specifically state balayage on their website. They were nice and the salon was nice but my hair was completely ruined. I couldn't tell in the salon due to the way she curled and styled my hair. When I got home and brushed it out I noticed that my hair had obvious lines where the top was brown and the bottom very orange. Also, my hair started breaking off! As I looked more I realized that she had also cut really short layers even though I'd told her that I was growing it out. I also realized she had cut my hair facing away from the mirror which is unusual from my experience. I can only assume she did it because she was cutting so much off due to frying my hair. I've been getting my hair done for 20+ years and never have had this issue. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. read more

I would not recommend going here. I got my hair dyed here. I showed 2 pictures for length and 2 for color. I wanted a sandy medium blonde but instead got a brown color darker than my natural hair. I called the salon right after I got home and asked for it to be fixed, with the soonest appointment available that worked with my schedule. I went back to the salon and saw someone else who said they could do it but I would be charged (because of the pay structure if the salon and she did not do my hair originally) so I said okay can I speak to the woman who did my hair in the first place so she can fix it. The original hair dresser came in and said it would be a whole other service and charge, even though the other hairdresser said it was obviously a mistake. I really wanted to like this place because it was nice inside and they offered many different services but the unprofessionalism and inability to own up to the mistake that was made will keep me from going there and should you too. read more
