I found AAA Self Storage when I ran out of space in my home. I did a lot of research in Topeka, and…read morethis was the best for prices, location and space. The gentleman in charge was very helpful. He drove me around to the various size options but I chose to go with the temperature controlled unit. Everything I saw was clean and ready for me to use so the issue discussed prior must have been resolved. Both my insurance agent and the gentleman in charge of the units recommended keeping everything off the ground, so I picked up some free wooden pallets and laid them on the floor. My only complaint is the old system of passkeys and the exit passkey is so loose on its stand inside the gate, I'm afraid that it will topple over as I punch in the code. An updated entry and exit system would earn AAA Self Storage the full 5 stars! I definitely recommend this self-storage company. PS Updated last weekend in March 2018. I was out in my storage unit this past weekend and they FIXED the passkey control and support stand so that it doesn't wobble any longer! So much easier now!
