I want to say that I was denied access with my service dog I was told that my dog could not come in there even though my dog had been in there up until my things were in the dryer and then was told he could not be in there I said even if he is on papers the man responded that dog cannot be in here you cannot have that dog in here they were rude and by law I was not to be denied my service dog but the man was not willing to look at papers or willing to discuss the matter read more

Bathroom was a mess and disgusting. Trash in the laundry mat was full, plus only a few to be found. Floor needed swept. Can of pop is $1.00. The guy that worked there was grouchy. Witnessed a woman yelling and hitting her child while another customer politely said something to the Mom only to see a bunch of them try to gang up on an elderly woman. Mentioned it to the guy working there only for him to tell me he couldn't get involved because he will get in trouble like the last time he got involved. The last time he got involved it was some of the owner's family. Really? Count me out! I won't be back! read more

If you choose to go to the 10th St. location, be prepared to put-up with smokers. Although this location has designated smoking areas and no-smoking areas, this place has a huge garage door separating the two spaces. When I was there last weekend, I was in the no-smoking area. The staff decided to open the garage door. All of the smokers' tobacco smoke came rolling inside. It was disgusting, and it triggered my asthma. I closed the garage door, but they chose to re-open it. I pulled it back down. Guess what? They opened it again. Three times! They don't seem to care about the well-being of non-smoking customers. This is likely a violation of the Health & Safety laws in Shawnee County. Remember, too, that second-hand tobacco smoke is carcinogenic! People can get cancer by breathing in second-hand smoke. I won't be going back there because they seem to have no respect toward non-smokers, like me. read more

The 10th St. location is the best; today the young man was SO helpful; paid for a load when it didn't rinse properly. I offered to reimburse and he said, "No worries, you're a regular and happy to do it." It's immaculate and I actually bring my expensive Persian rugs here-they wash and dry BEAUTIFULLY. Huge rip off. $3 to wash. Wow. I can go to the laundromat on Gage which is less than 2 minutes away and it's only $1.75 to wash and $0.25 to dry. Don't let the "free WiFi and lounge sign" fool you. This place is shady beyond words. read more

Will never again come to this place again. Clothing was stolen from a dryer of ours, when I tried to calmly call the manager, and ask what could be done he assured me, that if someone leaves the building they are not held responsible. Ok, fine. I understand this. However, when I tried to ask him what happens when someone gets a drink on the bar side, and clothing is stolen, they are still in the laundry mat. This crappy little excuse for a person tried talking me in circles, assuring me that you can see all the machines from the window. I have been in that crappy little excuse of an establishment before. You can't. I highly recommend you find another laundry mat. read more

It's unfortunate that there is no longer an attendant in the laundry part. Has barely been open a year and the places has gone rapidly down hill. Dirty floors, dirty machines. Detergent backed up in dispensers. They used to wipe everything down after use and the place was clean. Not any longer. I only come here out of last minute necessity now. This place is my favorite laundromat and also my favorite place to drink. The laundromat is clean, brightly lit, and all the machines work. The prices to wash and dry are, in my humble opinion, quite reasonable, and the hours are longer than any other washing place I know. The beer is great. The Bloody Marys that are made here are the best, and they will adjust the spiciness to your taste. I prefer not so hot. There's a lime slice, a lemon slice, a pickle spear and olives on the drink. Nice clean laundromat with lots of different sizes for dryers and washers. And there are dispensers for things you forget to bring. It's a bit more expensive than I expected but it's clean enough inside and outside to not be bothersome. I don't drink, but maybe I'll stop by the bar sometime. read more

So my washer broke at home needed a close by laundromat Louie came up on my search .well as I finished using the washer notice that what look like dog hairs was was on all my washed clothing .reach out to the owner I got an excuse that they usually have some one clean after each wash ...I also saw that there was no one sanitizing these machine after customer use .very unsafe environment. read more

This is the cleanest laundromat in all of Topeka. There is a laundromat attendant and they are there from 6 am until close. I constantly see them in the laundromat wiping stuff down and wiping up the floors. The majority of the washers are 22 lb locking front loaders along with 2 top loaders and 4 44 lb front loaders. The dryers are hot and start at .25 for 7 minutes. The washers are $3 for the 22# and 5 for the 44#. Plus the bar next door is super clean and the beer is reasonably priced. What better way to spend time while doing laundry than being able to sit in the bar and have a drink while the washer goes, run into the laundromat to throw them in the dryer and then come back to finish your drink. I love this place, feel safe here and the staff is amazing. Brian, Lee, Sunshine, Megan, Cassie and Buffy make it a wonderful place to come and visit! Plus it's within walking distance of Washburn University! Perfect place for college kids. The bar has pinball, a pool table and a jukebox. read more
