Guardian Seamless Gutters happened to be working on a neighbor's home, so I stopped by to ask for a quote. From the start, they were timely, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. A deposit was provided, which was accidentally overlooked when it came time for final payment--but they caught the mistake themselves and promptly returned the overpayment. That level of honesty really stood out. During installation, the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. They cleaned up thoroughly--honestly, the area looked even better than before they arrived. And as a bonus, they were so kind to my pets, Cashew (our Boston Terrier) and Wasabi (our tuxedo kitten), which didn't go unnoticed! Truly great people, hardworking, and delivering a high-quality finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After the storm January 2024 with 8 foot dropping in the greater West Seneca area. A week later with the melt we discovered a few of gutters had pulled away and a couple of wind driven siding needs. I contacted Mitchell and spoke with Faith in the office on Monday Jan 29, to be told someone would get back top me in the next couple of days. Wednesday Jan 31, 4:45pm I get a phone call from Mike Buffalo Roofing, could they stop in a few minutes as they had just finished a job close to me. 10 minutes later 3 trucks, 1 trailer & 6 men arrive and correct the damage. They did not have enough gutter hangers to complete the job and said someone would be back sometime in the week to finish up. Thursday Feb 1, literally at 8 am a Buffalo roofing truck pulls into the yard. 2 men are up on the roof before I can coat up and make my way outside, finishing the extra hangers. Lisa gave some previews and recommendations and when we found a new flooding pool (again, lots of rain this year), she pivoted the plan to make sure my plants wouldn't drown. When the rains finally stopped, Lisa confirmed the intended day, the crew showed up on time, they made sure I was happy with the layout and encouraged me to share opinions to make sure I was happy. The crew was respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable considering the mess they had to clean up and there isn't a day I'm not standing outside admiring our flowers!!

Admin apologized that the message apparently never got through. OK. Months later we're back on the books. The town inspector tells us he spoke with admin, who said everything is good to go. Then guy who does the work calls my husband to say he's not coming because there's no permit. He is assured there is a permit, the town inspector even spoke with admin and we're all set. Guy begins swearing and then obviously never shows up. Guess we're going with a different company. :-(

They were so clean and professional with my neighbors gutters that I asked them to do the work on my house. Like most contractors they were busy, so I did have to call several times- but he never forgot who I was, he was just apologetic since he was so insanely busy. That's the only bad thing I can say about them- they are so good, they are very booked! They do good work and clean up after themselves- which is super important. They were also very affordable. I will absolutely be using them for the next home repairs I need done. They are honest and fast, and I can't say enough good things about them.
