I had explained I was out of town and they would have to wait until I returned before I could make final payment, in a week.I received a call on the 16th that they were almost done and I could pay the final payment, I explained again that I would need to get home before I could make payment. before I could make payment on 3/23, I received 5 phone calls,4 text messages, and 4 emails. I think that was excessive, since I had informed them that it would take a week for me to pay. As far as I can tell, they did the job, correctly, (all work is under ground) I thought the price was high, but they did have to dig in the street. They had been out a month prior to this work and cleaned out the sewer, but didn't say anything was wrong.

He showed up, misdiagnosed the problem and said was going to return with parts and for over 3-4 weeks I did not hear from him. The warranty company re-assigned the work to Salem Heating and Cooling. He disagreed with the previous persons diagnosis of the problem. It did not take him long to figure out the the problem and he was able to fix it just like that. I also had a heating problem which was assigned to Salem. In this freezing cold temperatures he came, diagnosed the problem and went back for parts to fix the problem. Salem heating and cooling is punctual and conscientious. He knows his job, and shows respect explaining the problem to his customers.
