When I picked it up, the rug was completely destroyed. The colors leaked so badly it's no longer recognizable. They refused to take any responsibility even though they did not caution me that damage could occur. They instead blamed me for taking the rug to them. Horrible establishment with even worse customer service. No one would give me a supervisors contact information. Zero transparency. First "Free Dryer". If you wash your clothes here, you can use dryer for free. That is what it means. BUT this laundry is HUGE. The dryers on the cafeteria side is ONLY for drop-offs, meaning employees uses. OR sometimes there are people who just wants to dry their clothes (For people didnt wash here). All the other like 60 dryers is for free. So I have no idea what this woman is talking about below. How do I know this? Cause I asked... Now I wonder why washers are slightly (like quarter more) more expensive. BECAUSE dryers are FREE. DUH This laundromat is right next to a Market and Chase bank, across the street has McDonald, subway, etc. No wonder there is lot of people here. I live in So Cal but work in Chicago and hated laundry days because they always started at 2am to not deal with the above. I downloaded the App, made and appointment and PRESTO! All communication was via the app or text, pickup time, delivery time and no issues. They even took pictures of my dry cleaning items. The wash/dry/fold service was awesome and the dry cleaning was also excellent. And for the same price as my cleaners in the building who are closed when I leave for work and closed when I get home. My scheduled pick up and delivery were within my time frame 9:30pm. No issues. Change the way you do your laundry, you'll never regret it.
