My only problem with this Laundromat is that they spelled it Laundrymat...I know that may be petty but its the truth. This Laundromat is on the smaller side but they do have a Jumbo Machine in the back if you need too wash 2 1/2 too 3 bags of clothes or a few or more comforters depending on the thickness. They have a machine that is step down from that if you have a laundry bag of clothes and/or a couple of thick comforters. Then the rest are just standard machines but they don't have any top loads which most Laundromats don't have any more. They open at 6 am and I have to find out when they close because I truly can't remember. This location is very clean and they have Wash with free dry. When I pulled my clothes out they smelled so fresh and clean. Trust me some Laundromats even after you have poured your soap, added your fabric softner you still don't get that fresh washed feel. I would say that if you don't see your suds and if you are like me seeing the suds is important use one of the empty bottles by the sink and fill it with water to make sure your soap goes into the machine. Most dryers are about 30 minutes and they are hot. I came across maybe two of the dryers that didn't get that hot but I'm not going to complain when the rest of the dryers I used were on point as far as how they work. Make sure if you have cash and you don't need $20 dollars to wash you have two tens or whatever variation of $20 dollars you choose because they don't have cash to make change for you to get your quarters. Now, please don't take that to mean they don't have quarters because they have two change machines in the back but they Do Not have paper money change so you may end up like me having almost $14 dollars in quarter because you didn't break your $20 dollar bill before you got too the Laundromat and trust that's not fun...lol but very heavy in your fanny pack. The two people on duty that I have so far were very nice. I hope more people in the area find out about this place because there are too many Laundromats that are subpar and don't care so it was great to run across one that I like in a neighborhood that is lacking. I will be back this is my new Laundromat so come on people support them and leave happy!!! Enjoy!!! read more

Very well run. I have used this facility a number of times and have been very pleased with how the owners care about customer service. I once had a machine that didn't function well and the management jumped right on the problem to get it fixed to my satisfaction, along with two followup calls to make sure I was well taken care of- Now THAT is customer service- KUDOS to the management staff OH, AND DON"T FORGET-- FREE DRYERS YEA!!!!!! read more

I been coming to this Laundromat since the doors open. The customer service here has not changed. Matter of fact it's worst!!! You get these attendants that work here have the most unpleasant attitudes. THIS IS A BLACK OWNED ESTABLISHMENT" that like all other owned want you to support , but give you less than quality service because of the area"MY OPINION" it's located in. Input my clothes in a washer and it appeared not to be running water. I get the attention of the attendee , he tells me there's to many clothes and use warm or cold water to fill the machine. "REALLY" I am washing whites!!! I had a comforter and few white pieces it appeared filled with clothes because no water was going in. They hire the worst!!! You do drugs, smoke and have bad attitude "THEY ARE HIRING" come apply. The owners must have the same mannerism. Everyone that walk thru your establishment not low class and ghetto. This is a nice laudromat. Plenty of "working dryers". I never have to wait for a washer. Previously, I went to the other side of town(80 and Pulaski) to do my laundry and now I wash here in my neighborhood. I'm proud to support this business. It could use some more folding tables and chairs for sitting. read more

I was getting some gas at Cottage Grove on a Saturday and noticed the small Laundromat. So I got out the car and went inside, and was greeted by a very pleasant lady, she gave me the hours, and told me they're open everyday. So I decided to come back the next day before church. Surprisingly when I came back the next day the same lady was there, she came outside with a cart, and asked if I needed assistance with my items. I declined, and she held the door as I gathered my things and came inside. I could see through the window that she was cleaning, and I have to say that I have NEVER been to a laundromat as fresh and clean as this one. So I separated my clothing and loaded them into the machine, got my change, and started my wash. I asked if it was okay for me to leave to get some breakfast, and the lady who's name is Helen said sure, and even let me know how much time I had before the washer would stop. I asked if she wanted anything since she had been very pleasant with me, and Helen said a Hazel Nut coffee. After returning back, I ate my food, and within 10 minutes my clothing was stopping. Helen come over to ask if everything was okay, and I said yes and thank you for asking. I noticed other people coming in to the facility and Helen was greeting them and giving them the same candor she had given me, which was refreshing to see that Helen liked her job and was attentive. After my clothing finished drying I gathered them and placed them on the table, Helen noticed knee stains on my child's pants, and gave me a remedy to get it out before you wash them. Use some Awesome, and rub it in as to try to get the stain to fade, and then wash them. So I decided to re-wash the stained pants, so I purchased some Awesome, and IT WORKS. It's safe to say that I will be back and I had a GREAT experience, thank you and coffee on me anytime Helen, your the BEST!!! Miss Black read more
