On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Could be a really good place to go to wash with a little more thought put into it!!!!

I can unload my clothes and all my accessories to wash with . The laundromat attendant helps with getting the dryer ready for you to dry those clothes , he also helps keeping the floor and the place clean. I'm in and out .

The machines that do work work well with the washers(The dryers are hit or miss...but I guess you can't complain to much when it is free.) 3. They keep the place clean. 4. The laundromat attendants are very nice and help if you are having a problem with a machine. 5. It is easy to get too. They have those: Super Big Boy for $9.00 dollars and yes you still get to dry for free. They have Big Boy for $7.50 Not sure what the last two are called but they are $4.50 and $3.00 dollars. I dont believe there is another one but I will check and update if it is another washer price. This is a black owned laudromat and they have a big ballon on the top of the building to let you know...lol I just wished it was represented in away that was more presentable. I mean here you get what you get, but I do wish they would elevate their game because their machines do get the job done. It's very large, always clean & the attendant plays great music. But you go there to wash & you're gonna be out of $20 or more. I recently moved over here & my old Laundromat wasn't nearly as expensive. Plus The Vending machines are high too. Bring plenty money & your own smacks... There will be great music. Then he lost some items after he specifically went over what he would do with the items. I picked up the items to return to the homeowner and items were missing the exact same items we discussed. After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. To this day he still is not communicating empty promises don't solve anything!!
