Ever since all the Wolf cameras have closed in the Atl area, I've been so disappointed w all the other photo shops around town (developing photos at CVS does not count). Imagine my delight when I found the last standing Wolf camera shop! It's on Roswell Rd in Buckhead. Finally I can have quality pictures developed again! Liv, the store manager is amazing. TRASH! If you want quality scans, please DON'T go here. Avoid this place for development and scanning services! Opt for Bellows or The Photo Spot for high-quality scans. They'll have your images looking crisp and clean. I gave Wolf 3 rolls. One got jammed in their machine and the other two looks absolutely horrible - blurry and low quality. One of their employees had the audacity to offer me 10 free scans. I asked for a full refund instead and they said no? which seems illogical since they'd lose more money that way. Never going back there again. UPDATE: the store manager reached out apologized for the incident and gave me a full refund. Which I definitely appreciate. read more

Staff here was very friendly, quickly walking me through the process to print a handful of images from my memory stick. This included a quick enhancement to get the best quality print. And even at their busiest, I was able to walk away with my order in just about an hour. Wolf does a variety of imagery-related services here. Everything from image manipulation to custom framing. They'll help you repair damaged photos, they'll touch-up and color-correct images that need a little help. They do video transfers. They'll put images on stretched canvas. Film Developing in on point, very Friendly Staff and always getting my film same day!

I spent over $1000 with them, and the owner added charges to prices on written quotes by her employee, which I paid; then after I waited five months for the last job to be done and after she promised to have it done by Jan 15, she said on January 15 that she had finally looked at the work that had to be done and was not willing to do it unless I paid for two extra hours of restoration labor beyond the quoted price. She had fired the employee but the company not me the customer needed to suffer if we underquoted. None of my prior work had ever been done by the dates they said it would be done. FINALLY 'have found a professional photo shop that goes above and beyond for photo restoration, photo duplicate copies, and customer service. I had a number of very old family heirloom photos that I was hoping to restore and share with family members. One of the photos was a VERY old photo of my grandparents on a horse driven carriage - probably about 100 years old, an unusual size 3.25x5.5, a color photo that was an aged tan/brown/cream colored, and was almost totally severed in half. I also dropped off additional enlarged family photos that ranged in sizes, some about 75 years old and others very recent. WOW! It was amazing on the day of pickup - to see these precious photos PERFECTLY restored - and the newer ones scanned. Even the color of the one over 100 years old is AMAZING - I didn't believe it was possible! Each photo, regardless of age, was perfect! The manager and designer,Liv, and also the designer Anna Kate, could not have been anymore professional and brilliant. (I have to drive over an hour to get to this location, but it is worth the drive. I'll be back - and maybe next time will order one of the large photo wall options!) read more

I was really excited to try this place for quality prints- but the service, knowledge, and quality was awful. I ordered 5 8x10 acrylics (eg spent 350+). First reception guy said it would take 2-3 days, then as I was abt to check out one of the designers said it would take 2 weeks. Guy said he would talk to the manager (not there on a Monday at 3pm), to ask and call me back so I could decide whether to move forward. No call back Monday. No call Tuesday. I called Wed and manager said "he hadn't had time to call me"- dude a call takes 2 mins- really?. Said he could get it by the following Wed. Ok great. Wed rolls around and it isn't ready. Friday I get a call that it's ready- I go in at noon and FOUR out of FIVE of the pictures had been flipped. Eg the right side had been moved to the left. This is not what i wanted or what was ever discussed with me. One of them is fine. Now they have to do them all over again, manager acknowledged they messed up. We are now 5 days later and still don't have the acrylics. So now it's take 3 weeks to get these done assuming they ever give them to me. I will never be going back, unprofessional and have lacked service and quality from the very get go. read more

Quite possibly the worst film photo development service I have ever used. They promise to develop your film and send it back to you in under 7 days, however, in both my experiences it has taken well over 2 weeks. This would be ok if they were transparent about their equipment issues but every time that I called, the employees seemed uninterested and just said it would be ready at the end of that day, or the next day, never once mentioning the equipment issues that was causing delays. This has happened on multiple occasions now and after giving them the benefit of the doubt a few times, I don't think I can deal with their bad service anymore read more

Horrible customer service.!!! Dropped 1 photo off(5x7) to be scanned,touched up, and reprint May 25. Was TOLD it could take up to 3 days Bc of staff shortage. Cool. Called May 29(4 days later) Bc I haven't heard anything. Was told it hasn't yet been touched,will be worked on later that day,and will be getting an email May 30 with the update. Cool. Waited (30th,31st,1,2,3,4) .. called on the 5th of June to see what's going on with the photo. Was told it still haven't been worked on."must have fell thru the cracks" "we can work on it today, but can't print it today bc our printer is broken..and for that we can wave the printing cost... I ordered several canvas prints online in anticipation of a wedding proposal I was planning. The website offered a discount and the process was very easy! Once I received them in store, they were of fantastic quality. The owner Rusty was great and they do more than just photo prints, as he specializes in graphic design and can help create any project you can envision. It took many days longer than I was told for my pictures to be ready, then when I got to the store I had to wait for a while because they hadn't finished printing half of my pictures. I had a wonderful experience with Jelani at Wolf Photo. The customer service was fabulous! I came in with an insane amount of old family photos, some that needed touching up, some that had to be scanned, some ready for frames and some digital. Jelani was so patient, and really worked with me to think through the photo wall design and get the price down to something we could manage, while not having to decrease the quality of the frames. I got my disposal pictures developed here and I would recommend! It only took two days to develop and the pictures were high quality!

Went online to submit pictures for printing. I cropped them the way I wanted and submitted them for pickup. Once I arrived, the pictures were totally wrong and the crop was not at all what I chose. These "automated" systems are horrible! Why would I want random cropped photos when that is not what I paid for nor submitted for printing. Complete headache!!! read more

Ordered 25 Christmas photo cards online. They were completed quickly and looked great, but when I got home I noticed that the envelopes were stamped with Wolf Photo Design Bar, their address, website and phone number on the back flap as the return address!!! Really? If you MUST promote your company on a product that the customer has purchased in such a blatant, tacky way (which you shouldn't) please have the manners to alert your customers somewhere on the website about it during the ordering process so they know this is what they are getting ahead of time. I called the store and the staff (who were helpful) said that this was a new change the owner made himself this year. What a terrible way to treat paying customers. Ridiculous! read more

horrible customer service. i was told my film pictures would be ready in 7 to 10 DAYS, come to find out it's 7 to 10 BUSINESS days.. i received my pictures on the 12th business day. i called when i did receive my pictures because i had a roll come out bad so i wanted to make sure if it was my camera that caused the issue or if it got scanned incorrectly. i was put on hold for 30 mins & still didn't receive an answer to my problem (it was like they put me on hold & forgot about me being on the phone). i was hoping this place would be a new spot i could develop my film with it being close to my house but due to this experience i will not be coming back. read more
