I found all of this with Dr. Horn and more! She presents herself as truly caring about me and wanting me to be comfortable. She does whatever she needs to do to create the best outcome, even if it takes longer than anticipated. Hearing her hearty laughter and feeling her sense of joy is very calming, too. I have had extensive work done, and I always felt confident that I am getting the best care. A very important part of her care is her educating me on what is going on in my body and how it affects my overall health emotionally, physically, and spiritually. That is so empowering!

When I got a filling done, they had the whole system down pat so I was in and out in less than half an hour- they were gentle and fast! I didn't think I would be as pain free as I was and they were very accommodating- they let me wear my headphones while they drilled and worked. They were paid $3,000 when the work was completed which left a balance of $500 that they agreed would be paid by my dental insurance company. A check for $2,775 was received by them on July 17th. I stopped in to the office the first week of August to inquire about my account balance. Raquel asked me how I'd like to deal with the credit on my account and I told her, "by check", which drew a shocked look from her. She said she would have to get the doctor's approval to cut a check that large. Since that time, I've called weekly, sometimes more, and am still getting the run around. For some reason, I'm unable to get my money back.

The sidewalks are a variety of cracks and heights are a challenge to say the least. The restroom is so small you have to leave your walker out in the hall. Now my most recent encounter was an emergency visit as my crown had come off and was quite sharp. Dr Towler was quick to get me in immediately. However, I have this open hole in my mouth and I can't get in for 27 days just for a temporary to cover my open holed tooth. This is not a patient friendly response to an uncomfortable situation!

Also, they put gloves on when they put the slides in your mouth to take X-rays, but then they walk out and they touch the keyboard to input and other things like the lights and the x-ray machine. Then they stick their fingers back in your mouth after touching all those other items that have germs on them. They don't switch their gloves in between or when they leave the room and they should. Then when an Endontist said there was nothing they could do he "finished" the said root canal but he left the bit in my tooth/root. Strike 2. Then the follow up no empathy comment "when you loose your tooth I will personally take care of it for you " So I have a titanium bit in my mouth for 2 weeks with nothing but headaches and excruciating ones at that. Now it seems as if the wait is officially on for my tooth to fall out. There is no "chair side" manor with this man, I would not trust him to do anything to me or anyone else and the reason for this post is to warn anyone who puts their trust in this "Dr" to think twice.
