I have pictures to prove they did not meet their $18K price. Basically, they tore out Sheetrock and carpet and vinyl. They did a half-way attempt at cleaning walls. The house is still dirty. I will be reporting them to corporate and the Better Business Bureau. They did not do their job. The kitchen is still dirty, as are the walls. Don't mind paying them, if they do what they say. I had a raccoon get stuck and die in between my first floor and basement. Though I didn't exactly know what it was until Puroclean came to rescue me I knew something was very wrong. When I first started smelling the faint but unmistakable odor. I started calling around. I called everyone in the tri-cities. (This was on a Thursday). The answers I got from other companies were either A. It is just a mouse or squirrel and the smell will go away or B. Sorry we don't do that kind of work. On Friday I woke up with a massive amount of flies in my house. Called more companies from here to Texas. No one would help because of the location on dead animal. I'm a single mom who just moved to the area. I didn't know anyone who could help. I called my insurance agent they don't cover animal damage. Apparently this is a thing with insurance. So I went to the hardware store and donned myself in PPE and tried to cut it out but I couldn't find it... On Saturday I tried again. I switched my search on google and found these guys. Called them on Sunday. Crying ... because it was awful.... I will spare you the disgusting details. Puroclean came out on Monday. Rick was very professional and listened to me. He was the first person to believe me. Tuesday I made plans with the office staff which was just as emphatic to my situation. They moved around their schedule so my daughter could have her second birthday at home on Saturday. They saved her presents and decorations! My mom heart is exploding! Wednesday my heroes showed up. Michael and Rick went to work. I was not there but I know this job was not for the faint of heart or stomach. Like I said I'll spare you the most awful disgusting details. They only planned to do one round of disinfecting and purification but it was bad! So bad! Just awful that they came back for a second round to make sure they got it all. Lucas and Michael went inside my home watered the plants on my back deck (it's 95 degrees outside right now) grabbed more dog food so I wouldn't be more traumatized. They went above and beyond. They listened to me cry and answered all my questions. They didn't judge me. I thought I was going to lose everything, my carpet, my mattresses anything soft but they saved me! They saved me! I will always be grateful to this amazing company that did the impossible. Thank you Puroclean! Thank you from the depths of my soul and I feel so blessed to have found you and met you. Look no further this is who you need to help you. They will be patient, understanding, professional, go above and beyond to bring your home back to your safe place. They helped us sort our stuff after a calamity at our home, and not only did they take everything and pack it well and hold it for us for months while we sorted our situation, they helped us find objects we'd lost years ago!
