Tressy is very accommodating and goes well beyond what you would expect from most services of this kind. She's always been flexible with our schedule, and if we've needed an extra cleaning here and there she's always found a way to work us in. She always follows up with us, and any concerns I've ever had (and let me say there have been very few if any) were always addressed and never have I had the same twice. He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

Chris came out to give a price on my shower. Granted the job was not the usual but required some…read morespecial material to finish. Chris's office called to inform me the materials that came were damaged and would have to be reordered. After that I called for updates several times over months. The office person was nice but finally I asked if Chris would call me to maybe plan another approach to this job but no call. A month went by and I again asked for a call and none came. Not sure who dropped the ball on this job but I am disappointed! Considering that I really like Chris and have had a good experiences with his work in the past, I'm giving two stars.
